Room of a good size. Very small fridge. No power available for kettle except in the bathroom. Bedside power plug hard to access in this room. Excellent towelling and range of complementary toiletries. No top sheet and the pillows were not too comfortable. Alot of wardrobe space but only two hangers. Comfy bed. More mood lighting that wasnt practical for reading. No taffic noise even though the room faced the road, yay. Huge spa bath :). All in all a good stay. This property charges a $200 bond on check in which personally I find offensive. Restaurants food is average. Very good breakfast for xtra. Room service available.

Lovely place

We loved the Balinese style decor, the friendly staff and the facilities on offer. It is good value for money.

Loved having a spa in my room & how convenient it is to the city.

Bed cover was stained, had to insist on staying in room and have linen changed.

The overall vibe is pleasant. The cleaning and airing of the room could be improved.

TV was old and had no access to Netflix and the like

We visited the Pagoda Resort 20 years previously and were wowed by it. 20 years later and whilst there is evidence of changes, the hotel shows signs of wear and tear and is dated.

A nice hotel, not a great location for public transport as the closest station is a 30 min walk, but ubers are cheap in Perth. The restaurant doest have the best menu for non seafood eaters. The GF pizza i had on the menu was awful. The buffet breakfast in the morning was amazing. The staff and the room itself were really good.

Very nice rooms and had an excellent dinner in the restaurant onsite.

Lovely style in this hotel, staff are helpful and friendly and rooms very spacious and nicely decorated. Location for me is great half way between Perth and Fremantle. Nice restaurant with great food offered. Would recommend this hotel.

Fantastic venue with friendly staff. The suite was large and very comfortable.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I needed some time for me, to relax. Very comfortable and great service, wonderful food at the restaurant.

On 30 June: Drunk people next to us in room 123 making noise & slamming doors till 3am. Fire alarm went off at 4am ! We left hotel then, stayed in our car for rest of night and only came back on morning of 21st for a shower. Stayed with friends on eve of 21st & came back on morning c22 June for a shower before checking out. Wasted $420 for 2 showers !!
