If you want to stay by the lake, this is the place. Splurge for a lake view. Its worth it. It’s not near the old town though. 30 minute walk or a cab ride.

Place was nice. Staff was less than helpful and not very kind. The accommodations were good but it is a bit overpriced for the quality.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The rooms were big and clean and the staff is very welcoming. The breakfast buffet was amazing and it was nice to sit outside and have such a beautiful view to look at. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

La habitación frente al lago es muy linda tiene buen desayuno, muy completo. Es un hotel que tiene mucha gente constantemente.

Chambre impeccable. Le personnel est aux petits soins, très aimable et accueillant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Des bouteilles d’eau sont mises à disposition chaque jour et de nombreuses attentions sont disponibles dans la chambre. Les voituriers sont également très aimables, professionnels et aux petits soins.

A localização do hotel é incrível, mas precisam melhorar as instalações, estrutura é bem antiga. Café da manhã é bom, mas o serviço é ruim, equipe muito desatenta.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Chambre avec vue lac c’est magique. Lit confortable, ménage impeccable, accueil professionnel. L’hôtel est très bien situé pour profiter du lac et de la vieille ville. Le spa est très bien. Petit point négatif : Pour un palace, la décoration manque un peu de charme, notamment les restaurants. Le service pourrait aussi être amélioré ; une serveuse nous a servis tout en étant en conversation téléphonique personnelle et un autre ne savait pas ce qu’était un fauteuil avec accoudoirs

Nydelig beliggenhet ☀️🤩 Ingen utendørs basseng og veldig fullt på den lokale stranden på varme dager. Fantastisk service i resepsjon og concergie, men veeeldig lang ventetid på balkong terassen. Glemte flere bestillinger og lang venting alle 3 dagene. Betalte 25 euro for 2 kopper kaffe og en appelsinjuice😵‍💫 Veldig bra med utleie av sykler, store fine rom.

This is a luxury hotel with fantastic views over the lake. Valet parking and luggage transfer (you can get to your car if you forget something) which was really helpful. Housekeeping is superb and the hotel is spotless. Be aware of the difference between La Table and Salon restaurants, especially if you only want a continental breakfast, as it isn't immediately obvious. Excellent selection of drinks and wine by the glass and helpful bar staff. My spoken French didn't rate with them, so English became the simplest option, but all the staff including the valet parking staff speak very good English. The hotel is about a 25 minute walk into Annecy along the top of the lake - giving you time to appreciate the gorgeous views when the weather allows. There are a lot of hire boat options, including pedalos, and several guided tours of different lengths down the lake. Annecy was very busy (in mid May) so the popular viewpoints are very crowded. Lots of restaurants and cafes along the little waterways, and it's a lovely old city full of interesting architecture.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, le personnel est très serviable, rien à dire 😊. Restaurant "la table" excellent, très calme ! De belles assiettes ! Le petit déjeuner très bien, pas mal de choix, tout le monde peut y trouver son compte. Animaux acceptés partout sauf au casino & spa (logique), juste pour ça un grand merci 😊

Très bel hotel avec une vue incroyable sur le lac. chambre agréable mais petit bémol pour la baignoire minuscule. Bien que le buffet du petit déjeuner soit composé de bons produits il n'est pas au niveau de l'hotel. mais c'est vraiment pour pinailler au vue du prix du séjour
