Hotel was generally nice; the rooms were a little bit run down. When we checked in, we were ignored for quite a while, but otherwise the staff were helpful. It felt like they were constantly trying to sell us stuff, which was a bit annoying.

LOVE this hotel. This is second time for us and we absolutely loved it again. Great location, best customer service and overall very cute small hotel. We'll be definitely back!!

We had an amazing stay and wish we had longer in this beautiful luxury boutique hotel. Very centrally located in the old town of Tallin, close to great restaurants and shopping. The room was comfortable and warm and the breakfast was lovely. The staff were most obliging and helpful. We treated ourselves to the amazing private sauna. Overall, a wonderful stay and would recommend it highly. Hope to be back here some time.

Sehr schönes, altes Haus. Leider stört die laute Lüftungsanlage im Innenhof dann doch etwas.

This was a great find for us and we had a very comfortable stay. The service was 5 star. It was amazing to see all the famous people who had stayed at the property including King Charles and Bon Jovi. A great mini break option for Tallin old town.

Great hotel in a great location

A bit disappointed with a couple of things, service very slow for drinks since there is no bar the drinks come from the restaurant downstairs up to the lobby area so I had to ask reception a couple of times. I was woken by someone loudly shovelling snow early on a Sunday morning when I was hoping for a lie in. The room was stifling hot despite turning off the radiator. There was no tea or coffee facilities in the room.

エレベーターが無いことが書かれていますが、個人的にはこのホテルには必要ないと感じました。 ルームキーは昔ながらの所謂「鍵」で、外出の度にレセプションに預ける必要があるため、人によっては不便と感じるかもしれません。 他の方も書かれている通り、スタッフは大変親切です。 しばしばタリンはヘルシンキから日帰り出来る観光先として紹介されているようですが、急ぐ必要が無ければ宿泊をオススメしたくなるホテルだと思いました。

Spot on service from the first minute to the last moment.

Stayed here for a long weekend in Tallinn. Good stay but didn’t really live up to 5 stars as marketed and priced. Location great and building itself very characterful. Room was nice with comfortable bed, bathroom functional and other amenities ok. Reason for lower score is down to a few things; (1) breakfast & service generally average to poor with us constantly having to ask/chase for things as there was no plates, orders forgotten, food/coffee warm/cold on arrival etc. (2) charging 5 star prices for a 4 star hotel at best and (3) felt like lots of things were additional add on prices all the time.
