Très belle vue sur l’océan! Chambre et espaces communs très propres, personnel adorable et aux petits soins avec nous. Superbe expérience!

Really enjoyed the stay

This was good hotel. Staff Is very nice especially the reception and reservations staff. Food was good, Good location. My Kids loved it and I will be back with my family again

Sehr schönes Hotel – wir waren rundum zufrieden Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen. Das Hotel war sehr schön, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal – alle waren sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und stets aufmerksam. Wir haben uns jederzeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Gerne wieder!

À Amadil, les vacances sont réussies. En tout inclus, la nourriture internationale et locale est variee et d'une grande qualité. Le personnel est à l'écoute et prevenant. Le prêt de serviette de bain pour la piscine ou la plage est très appréciable. Proche de tout, très sûr et les pieds dans l'eau. Tres belle adresse nous reviendrons.

The hotel is very dated. I think it was splendid back in the day but needs an upgrade. Food was ok, sometimes not hot enough. Premium drinks are extra. Gym is fine but only available for free between 9:30 and 1200. Ice cream by pool is extra. I probably wouldn’t return. Was not a nightmare but I was a little disappointed.

God beliggenhet, bra service, og barnevennlig . Skliene var ikke for små barn, forlite vann i sklien og voksen fikk friksjonsskade i sklie. Rom størrelsen var ikke god nok for et par og et barn.

Check in was extremely slow, we arrived at 11am and were allowed to use the facilities straight away while we waited for our room to be ready. We were told to come at 2pm to get the room key, however the room wasnt given to us until 4pm and not without a lot of back and forth to keep coming and checking for updates. Not ideal after a long flight and very exhausting but the rest of the stay was great. Breakfast is quite limited and repetitive, some of the fruits were definitely not fresh and tasted off. Staff was very helpful and friendly and spa and pools were amazing. Perfect for a family holiday with young kids.

Renovation in the room above us made our stay very uncomfortable

I’ve never written a bad review before, I’ve travelled to almost 30 countries in the world, and I have never had such an upsetting experience, so I feel like I have to speak up. My group included 3 people and a toddler. We arrived exhausted after a long day of travelling. The stay we paid for was supposed to include lunch, which was clearly stated on our booking and receipt, and confirmed by the booking company. But when we arrived, we were flatly denied the lunch. We were met with coldness, unhelpfulness, and even laughter from the reception staff—who smirked as we tried to show them our proof that we had paid for lunch to be included. It was humiliating and deeply frustrating, especially given the needs of our group, a visibly pregnant lady and a child who needed to eat were denied food they had paid for. When we asked for our room key to at least rest, we were told it wasn’t ready. We ended up waiting in the lobby for over 2.5 hours with no help, no food, no room, and no compassion. We were told to initially wait to speak to the Manager - Nour/Nora, however when she arrived we were told she wouldn’t speak with us. At that point, I gave up—not because I was wrong, but because I didn’t want this hotel’s lack of care to ruin our entire holiday. So we went the entire trip paying for lunch. The reason we booked this hotel was for the food to be provided to us for ease for our pregnant sister and toddler.

A fantastic business trip. Great location, amazing sunset, breakfast and most importantly the best service and hospitality.

Hôtel bien situé et bénéficiant d’un extérieur en front de mer pour café et petit dej ce qui est un vrai plus. Pour les chambres vue mer c’était top. Pour la chambre en elle-même, vieillotte, pas très propre et juste pour 3 personnes. Le coffre ne fonctionnait pas, le frigo non plus. Petit dej suffisant.

Excellent emplacement. Personnel agréable. Chambre spacieuse. L’établissement manque de rénovation : douche vétuste porte fenêtre qui ferme mal par exemple

Amazing it was my second time using this hotel.

Dated hotel. Carpets filthy inside of hotel. More 3* than 4*. Breakfast very mediocre did not feel fresh, best part was bread and butter. Machine gives hot chocolate in place of cappuccino. Good coffee at breakfast is a must. Cleaners did great work on the rooms. Lengthy walk to marina (40 minutes). Beautiful view from balcony was the best part. If not all inclusive drinks very expensive £7 for a small beer. Scent being continuously pumped into hotel very overwhelming.
