The room clean bed comfor Close to the ferry 2 minutes walking

It is a two story hotel with no elevator. That was a bit of a surprise when we ended up on the second floor. Also, the parking lot is very small. it has enough number of spaces but you may not be able to park right in front of your room to make loading and unloading easier. Wi-Fi was terrible - we had almost no Internet in our room and we certainly couldn’t watch any videos or streaming. Pool closes by 9 PM. Finally, you have to request housekeeping service at check-in. It is assumed that you don’t want it unless you specifically ask for it. Also, make sure you check the fridge to be sure that it’s turned on when you enter your room. On the other hand, the room was very, very clean and huge! Located about two blocks away from the ferry docks.

Reasonably priced hotel where you can walk to everything - restaurants, bars, ferry, shopping.

Clean nice place to stay

We loved the location of the motel. Walking distance to LOTS of things. Staff was helpful and answered our questions. The same man answered everytime we called for anything so i think the lines must be forwarded to his phone. He was very helpful when we needed to add an extra room for our stay, as well as anytime we needed something. The pool and hot tub were okay. My only complaints are they don't offer any kind of a breakfast, which was fine as we're walking distance to lots of places. Also, the coffee is AWFUL. We only had 1 packet in the room and it barely looked like light tea color aftet brewing. We ended up purchasing some type #2 cone coffee filters and folgers. Otherwise it was an amazing trip.

Right in the heart of Mackinac City, close to shops. Large, spacious room. Older but remodeled room. Very clean.

This was a very spacious older hotel right in the heart of Mackinaw city. Room was clean, and well maintained

Fantastic location but rooms have not been renovated in decades and had spiders and other bugs.

Right in the middle of town, with lots of shopping and eating options nearby. Comfortable bed. Weak wifi.

It was an inexpensive option for us to stay while spending the day at Mackinac Island. No frills. Comfortable and conveniently located.

Wonderful stay

Close to everything in town.

The room smelled, the towels were like sandpaper, there were cigarette burns on the blakets in our room and our friends room. The refrigerator wasnt on so had to wait forever for it to cool down. Extermeley noisy, sounded like someone was bowling in the room above us, people outside talking really loud until almost midnight. It was just plain nasty.

It’s a nice motel but they don’t have coffee. Just a little coffee pot with horrible tasting coffee, our room had no refrigerator, but they did have an ice machine, the hot tub isn’t very hot and it was dirty. But the rooms are very nice and seem clean

It was close to everything. The outdoor mall is close. The Ferry is in walking distance..A beach is not to far away. Simply a beautiful peaceful quiet area

This really was a great property overall. It's in good condition and obviously they keep it up. The only reason I marked down slightly is for how humid it is inside the rooms. Obviously being by the lake it's gonna be a little bit more humid, but if there was something they could do to help with the rooms humidity that a bit it would be perfect! Location was outstanding!

It was safe and well lite. I wished they would have keep the breakfast. We having been coming there for many years and always enjoy are stay.

I didn’t realize they didn’t have an elevator and the staircase to my floor was narrow and not easy at all to drag my luggage up to

I did not know that my sheets weren't changed, went to make my bed the next day. And notice that the sheets had sweat marks, and I don't sweat like that.. i looked at the pillow that they had flipped around and it was filled with sweat. I had not used that pillow, i really wished I would have checked the bed before I got in it and slept. It's disgusting.. plus the bed was as hard as a brick.. I would highly suggest go somewhere else. Don't go to this place. Paid three hundred dollars to sleep in somebody else's filth.
