โรงแรมสวยดีระดับ 5 ดาว ห้องพักสะอาด ห้องแฟมิลี่น่ารักมาก พื้นที่ใหญ่ อาหารเช้าเยอะ ไลน์บุฟเฟ่ต์เยอะ แต่ไม่ค่อยถูกปากคนไทยมากกว่า

I love that the hotel is in a walking distance from Fisherman's Village. The area is more family-oriented than other beaches. The hotel staff are welcoming, but not intruding. The breakfast buffet was lovely. The hotel offers a shuttle van to Chaweng beach every 1pm which is very helpful, considering it costs 300-400 baht by a taxi each way. I'd recommend another route for the shuttle to Lamai though. One tiny hiccup was that the only lift of my building was broken, and I had to climb up the staircase to the 4th floor multiple times per day.

Great family resort in perfect location. We stayed in the family room with 9mth old and 2.5yo, room was spacious and perfect for us given you could close off the kids room. Resort is a great size and caters well to everyone. Kids playroom was handy and the multiple pools were well used. Food at the resort was great, there are also plenty of options outside but we didnt need to use it much given the variety and quality of the food within the resort. Would definitely stay there again.

Location is excellent, being right at the Bophut Beach. Resort has all the amenities I am looking for - restaurants, pools, spa and such. Staff are very friendly and service is prompt.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was nice. Breakfast buffet was good but needed variety and change of menu. Activity closed early. Felt hotel charges for everything and it got expensive. But overall we had a good experience

Nette schone kamers. Zwembad voor de deur net als het strand. Gelegen aan een zeer drukke weg. Echter merk je daar in het hotel niets van. Op loopafstand van Fisherman’s Village. De prijzen in het hotel zijn wel hoog voor de thaise begrippen. Wij aten buiten de deur en haalde lunch bij de 7 eleven. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en voor ieder wat wils.

Hatten eine Poolvilla die war sehr schön. Anlage an sich schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Extra Frühstückskarte für Bungalow Gäste das war Top! Hatten auch 2x ein Stromproblem im Zimmer wurde zwar behoben aber der Service war leider nicht sonderlich gut. Tolle Lage. Im Großen und Ganzen ok aber mehr auch nicht

Very clean and well looked after hotel

Een mooie schone kamer en accomodatie met erg vriendelijk personeel! Onze dochter was jarig en het resort heeft zo veel leuks voor haar gedaan, echt een aanbeveling!

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Omelettes made to order and great selection of fruit juices.

We stayed for 13 nights as a family of 5. Hotel was nice and in a very good location. We had a family room which I did feel was too small for 2x adults and 3x children - there was not enough space to hang all our bits up. Hotel needs a bit of decoration, you can see its getting old. Found room to be a little dirty in the toilet/shower area it needs a proper deep clean. Staff by the pool very good - found the staff around the beach bar a bit miserable. Some could do with some training. Breakfast was nice enough to choose from. We did have a lovely holiday but probably wouldn't return here.

Good if you get a bargain but not great if you pay higher rates. I would not rate this hotel 5 star more like a UK 3.4- 4 star max. Our first night we were given a very noisy room near to the road. The staff were good and changed us to much quieter room which we appreciated. The spa staff were lovely, but it’s located near a busy road which you could hear beyond the music. Our complimentary Thai massages were very good. The breakfast buffet had a good range and variety of options but I would say expect average - good depending on what your preferences are. For the rates we paid we were disappointed as expected more for our money. We would have accepted conditions etc if we’d got a bargain. However the staff were responsive and helpful. Easy access to Fisherman’s Village and tours.

Pros: Very clean hotel, well-maintained rooms, and an excellent kids' club. The pool is great (we loved seeing the water quality checks!), and it's just a 5-minute walk to Fisherman’s Village. Friendly staff. Cons: Extremely high poolside prices (3x more than outside; 400 THB for a cocktail) and a serious lack of shade around the pool area.

It’s a very clean and spacious room, and the hotel is located a very convenient spot of Bophut beach and near to the Fishermen’s village entrance as well.
