โรงแรมสวยดีระดับ 5 ดาว ห้องพักสะอาด ห้องแฟมิลี่น่ารักมาก พื้นที่ใหญ่ อาหารเช้าเยอะ ไลน์บุฟเฟ่ต์เยอะ แต่ไม่ค่อยถูกปากคนไทยมากกว่า

I love that the hotel is in a walking distance from Fisherman's Village. The area is more family-oriented than other beaches. The hotel staff are welcoming, but not intruding. The breakfast buffet was lovely. The hotel offers a shuttle van to Chaweng beach every 1pm which is very helpful, considering it costs 300-400 baht by a taxi each way. I'd recommend another route for the shuttle to Lamai though. One tiny hiccup was that the only lift of my building was broken, and I had to climb up the staircase to the 4th floor multiple times per day.

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr sauber, drei tolle Pools, sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstücksbuffett sehr gut mit großer Auswahl. Der Strand ist schön, ruhig und sauber. Zu Fuß am Strand entlang oder an der Hauptstraße kommt man in kurzer Zeit zu vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Supert hotell med veldig hyggelig personale. Rent og pent. Litt dårlige i engelsk, men vi ble forstått og gjorde oss forstått. Superfint basseng-område. Vil absolutt anbefale dette hotellet.

Absolutely amazing place to stay definitely upgrade the room so you get the plunge pool the resort was spotless and staff was very helpful with anything you needed

The resort was exceptional in every respect that I experienced, the quality and range of facilities, the cleanliness and comfort of the room, and in particular, for a lone traveler, was the hospitality of the staff, who were charming, attentive and took care to remember your name and take genuine interest in your interests and needs. A special callout to Cleo.

Great stay, not quite as exclusive as the pictures look, but still a great hotel. Pool quite busy with kids so spent a lot of time at the private beach. Good drink and food options at the beach bar. Breakfast was great every morning. Our only downside was that we missed the housekeeping on 2 days as they turned up at 5:30pm - 6pm when we were getting ready, this should be done during the day / morning! Would recommend though and would come back!

No night life what so ever at resort but a beautiful quiet place massive pool great for kids very much enjoyed our stay there.Breakfeast with sea views each morning is great way to start your day.

Very nice hotel. Great room with great amenities. Nice beach and restaurant on the beach. Great couple swimming pools, friendly staff. The are many dining, shop, massage and street markets in the surrounding area.

Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt okay, aber man merkt ihr an, dass sie schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, besonders die Zimmer. Die Türen hatten viele Spalten, sodass oft Moskitos ins Zimmer schlüpfen konnten. Außerdem waren wir in einem Zimmer direkt an der Straßenseite, was bedeutete, dass wir den ganzen Tag über den Straßenlärm gehört haben. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist, dass kein Bereich des Hotels klimatisiert ist, außer die Zimmer. Das kann beim Frühstücken manchmal etwas lästig sein, besonders an warmen Tagen. Die meisten Gäste sind Familien mit Kindern, sodass das Hotel für Paare eher weniger geeignet ist. Der Hauptpool war in einem nicht so tollen Zustand, was uns enttäuschte. Allerdings hat uns der Beach-Pool gut gefallen, besonders der Adults-Only Bereich, der eine ruhige Auszeit bot. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und die Auswahl war okay, sodass man immer etwas finden konnte. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es auch beim Frühstück einen Adults-Only Bereich gegeben hätte, um die entspannende Atmosphäre zu fördern. Zudem ist das Hotel nicht für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität geeignet, was für einige Gäste ein Problem darstellen könnte.

The property was very dated and very over priced for the quality. No hot water in the shower. Hot water for the sink but not the shower. Hotel did not remedy or compensate.

Great Resort…so good we stayed an extra night than originally planned. We had the family room with bunk beds that worked great, and were put in a fantastic location right in the middle of the resort. The Staff are incredibly friendly including the security guards that would alway greet us. Buffet breakfast was abundant with many options, even a kids section. Highly recommend
