The room was great, the gentleman at check in was amazing and courteous as well despite being new. Breakfast was great as well.

Stanza bella e pulita, con servizi da Hotel 4stelle superior (tv schermo grande, set da bagno completo, ciabattine monouso, cassaforte e frigobar). Encomio particolare al personale di reception, davvero cortesissimo e disponibilissimo (concesso Check-in anticipato e custodia bagagli senza sovrapprezzo). Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione, con i maggiori punti di interesse comunque raggiungibili a piedi.

Quarto impecável, localização excelente, café da manhã e pessoal maravilhosos!

Room was clean and in great location, super close to train station. Downside was there was no elevator to our 1st floor room, we had heavy luggage, lucky we were not on the 2nd floor.

The hotel was better than I expected. The room was lovely and pretty quiet. No lift so you do have to carry your luggage up the stairs which was not a surprise. Really close to the train station which made it easy for our really early morning train departure. The staff were not that friendly which was abit disappointing. But overall hotel totally adequate. We loved our time in Venice, such a beautiful city!

Das Hotel war genau richtig für unseren Weeendtrip

O quarto é pequeno mas confortável. Roupa de cama boa. Café da manhã bom, sem muita variedade, mas com “um pouco de tudo”. Staff muito gentil e atencioso. Bem perto da estação ferroviária.

I was full of bed bugs after one night. Will have to sanitize all my belongings and wash all clothes.

The room was spacious and clean. Very convenient location to the train and bus station. There was a lot of street/alley noise during our Saturday night stay. This hotel is staffed by another hotel across the street. There was some confusion about when and where to eat our breakfast - a miscommunication between the front desk and the woman setting up breakfast in our hotel. She was very flustered and a little bit rude that we had sat down to have breakfast when we did even though the front desk staff had told us to.

駅から近くて、アクセスしやすかったです。 スタッフも気さくで対応が良かったです。 部屋も広くゆっくりできました。

Overall a very convenient place to stay. Small and cozy. Very warm lady at breakfast who is always ready to top up the food. However, the sound insulation of room is poor so we could hear the noise along the street quite clearly. Shower enclosure was also very small. I guess the convenience makes up for it, and ok for a short stay.
