The hotel is outdated, the building is falling apart, bad smell, too crowded, food was bad, I’m not going back for sure .

We had a wonderful experience. Everyone catered to our needs. The staff were very friendly and professional. The resort was very clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this resort.

Great hotel, great staff, i enjoyed my stay in Sharm El Sheikh and this hotel

The landscape of the property was very nice. It wasn't too busy, so it was easy securing seats at the pool. More dining options are necessary because there is only one main restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Additionally, there is an Italian restaurant, but you need reservations for it, and that was not communicated beforehand. There is also an area located near the poolside bar with great food.

Il personale è molto gentile ed ospitale. La struttura un po’ vecchia ma offre molte opportunità di ristoranti per la colazione pranzo e cena. Il mare è molto bello ma la spiaggia è piccolo e molto affollata se non arrivi presto. La mia camera era molto bella con una vista su tutto il golfo però il condizionatore era rumoroso

The hotel stay was wonderful and loved that they were accommodating. They convince of shops at the resort was wonderful for picking up snacks or souvenirs. I felt safe at the resort and all safe were nice. Only thing I would say as a recommendation to consider is to add more authentic Egyptian food at the resort. I am use to the normal "American" type food. I wanted to try something unique to the country. As well as adding a map with the room key at check-in so people can navigate around the property.

Great diving centre within the hotel—the Pyramids team is fantastic! Friendly and helpful staff. The buffet is created with lots of dedication, with nicely presented salads. Ingredient information is readily available, and at breakfast, plant-based milks are offered—a thoughtful addition for allergics and vegans.

Ci siamo stati pochi giorni ma siamo rimasti entusiasti dell’organizzazione di questa struttura. Ambienti molto puliti e confortevoli, cibo buono e molto variegato con verdure e frutta fresca ad ogni pasto. Consigliatissimo. Ci torneremo

I was on vacation for a week with my boyfriend, it was a beautiful experience, everything was clean and tidy! The staff was very kind, especially Omar who cleaned us and arranged the room, He made us find a sculpture with towels every day. Top Experience

Catena Jaz sempre apprezzata. Attenti alla sostenibilità. Camera nel blocco centrale spaziosa e comoda. TV con canali italiani. Cibo migliorabile per l’italiano medio ma sufficientemente ampio. Abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente il ristorante più lontano. Spiaggia ok anche se raggiungibile con 137 scalini. Uniche pecche: assenza di bagni in spiaggia e bar e docce che rimangono sul tratto per arrivare al mare. Tutto il personale professionale e sorridente. Non di poco conto il Wi-Fi in spiaggia. Molto apprezzati i cocktail del bar della hall e i gelati confezionati compresi nell’all-inclusive. Uno dei punti migliori per il tramonto. Animazione scarsa.

Everything was perfect!

The staff are passive and distant. The only time they smile is when you offer a tip. Extremely noisy programs every evening making it impossible to sleep. Pressure from staff to promote SPA and activities making it hard to get peace if you just want to take sun.

Our stay here over New Year was magical. The hotel and its staff were so friendly and efficient and accommodating. The facilities and food were fantastic and we would definitely recommend this hotel. The only criticism would be the communication. It would have been good to have more up front information regarding the new years celebrations and closure of certain areas in preparation for this. But it is a small concern in an overall wonderful break. Thank you.

The hotel staff were exceptional in every way from cleaners, waiters, bar staff , chefs, spa massage ladies, entertainment, ground staff to reception and security. Managers went out of their way to say hello and ensure that you were looked after. They employ people who can speak different languages. Activities and amenities for children also very good. Food was excellent, clean and they had a good variety of dishes every day , including breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Rooms were cleaned daily, with the cleaners making sure you are left water and replenished toiletries every day. We had an iron brought to the room, laundry weighing luggage options. The staff couldn’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Our room was updated to a family room with English movie and sport channels. You can use the Indrive app to book taxi at the local rates which was fraction of the cost the taxi drivers quote. We felt safe in the hotel . Airport is a little basic in sharm el sheikh and make sure you take a pen to fill out the immigration forms, otherwise the airport staff want to charge you. We enjoyed the heated swimming pools. Most other resorts don’t have the heated pools so I never go in for long as I get cold feet cramp's. They don’t take tips for the staff individually, I liked way tips are put in a box and they are shared among staff. I would now come here yearly. Better than the turkey , morrocco and Tunisia resorts I’ve been too. For Christmas it was decorated really nicely.

Ottimo resort a Sharm...bella struttura e anche pulita. cibo buono rispetto ad altri posti,con buffet vario. personale gentile e disponibile...in particolare modo Amed che ogni giorno ci regalava dei sorrisi!

Much better than ever expected. Nice hotel with fantastic beach and very good restaurants. We went for the all inclusive and there was an abundance of food and drink. Having said that I want to single out the care and dedication of the staff that were second to none.
