Rooms, pool and building were good, breakfast was already running out by 8:30 so that wasn’t great. Parking is sparse. Evening check in person was very curt and unfriendly. Morning check out person was very nice. This is the 2nd time we have had issues with check in staff. When we come to the counter they are sitting in a back office and act like we are inconveniencing them. We may try one more time because we like the property.

Each morning there was never enough cutlery at breakfast, only knives available and when I asked for forks and spoons I was told they had to be hand washed first. The one morning I asked for a forks and she brought out one and said that’s all there is. Never any plates to be had either but at least there were extra in the cupboard. Food needs to be replenished as it runs low or out, shouldn’t have to ask for more bread, milk, yogurt and etc. to be brought out.

Have stayed here many times. Room was clean and quiet, staff was friendly, check-in was quick and the pool and waterslide were enjoyed by the whole family.

The location of the hotel on the map was incorrect. The hotel itself needs a little update. The window in the room was 5 feet from the next building. But on the good side, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast staff were wonderful.

Overall, we had a very good stay at the Super 8. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The property was welcoming, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Their customer service really stood out and made our visit enjoyable. The reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because our room seemed to need some maintenance. The countertop on the island was cracked, the door had two spots with what looked like fake stickers or patches that made it appear as though the door had been damaged, and the wall beside the second bed near the window was peeling. We also noticed what appeared to be dried blood stains on the blankets on both beds. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice this until after one of the blankets had already been taken away. These issues did affect our overall impression of the room, but they did not take away from the excellent service we received or how nice the rest of the hotel was. We would consider staying here again and hope these maintenance concerns can be addressed for future guests.

I pre paid the room for an employee and when he forgot credit card for the damage deposited, they refused to use my card over the phone. He tried sleeping in his truck in the parking lot and he was made to leave. All of this after he drove 12 hours straight from Dawson creek. This place is a joke…

Friendly staff , awesome will definitely stay here again

Everyone raved about the breakfast in reviews but it was nothing special. Powdered eggs and sausage… the pool is freezing and the room the pool is in is even colder. The window screen in our room was ripped so we couldn’t even open the window. The bathroom was tiny, hardly room to close the door when you’re standing in it and the toilet needed to be constantly adjusted because it just kept running. We booked for 2 nights and after the first night we wanted to cancel so we could book somewhere else and they refused to refund us for the second night so we had to stay in this dump again.

Menu was ok. Basic but good

Good property and staff, my child left their hat in the room after we left and the front desk person found it for us and let us know they had it. We enjoyed out stay and will definitely come back.
