We stayed here to be close to the train station for our flight back home. The room was clean and well equipped but had some obvious signs of need for repair - leaky shower head and cracks in mouldings. Staff was friendly and location perfect for accessing the train but longer walking distance to historical sites.

O atendimento da equipe foi excelente. Nossas malas foram extraviadas e a equipe do hotel nos deu todo suporte necessário.

Every thing were great except the WiFi. Kept dropping in the middle of conversation or use. It happened every time we were using it. Frustrating.

Food in restaurant, helpful staff

Hotel liegt gut für einen Städtetrip. Bus direkt vor der Tür. Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The check-in was great! They provided all needed information and very friendly. When checking out, it was kind of so so. Glad that I asked the parking ticket which I paid at the hotel, otherwise, I have to go back from the parking garage to ask it again. Because they just took the parking ticket and did not say anything.

フロントの女性はホスピタリティは無く、1人1部屋で2部屋予約していたのに2人1部屋で案内された。 ２部屋で予約した事を伝えるとあからさまに不機嫌に対応された。 部屋はバスタブ付きは良かったが、同行者の部屋のシャワーノズルは取り外せなかった 。 部屋内装の塗料や接着剤の有機溶媒臭が薄らと漂い軽い鼻炎症状が現れ、この宿泊料金には見合わないチープなホテルでした。

Reception staff very helpful, informative and allowed access to room early. Fab location, highly recommend.
