The front staff was very friendly and helpful! We got an upgrade to our room and was provided with 2 complimentary beverages of our choice. The room was very clean and modern. I loved the simplicity of the space. Everything worked great! There was a buffet breakfast with a fee and it was well stocked of your choice. The hotel was about a 5 minute walk from the fountain. It was perfect! Loved the vibe of Aix and would come back and stay at the hotel again!

Nothing special about their breakfast, typical continental. Our room was not quiet. The toilet is placed far from the bathroom with no handwashing basin so you have to go to the bathroom to wash your hands after using the toilet.

The room was nice and the price was very reasonable. The staff were engaging and fun to talk with! We had a very nice stay and I would book this hotel again.

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. It is in a great location to the center of city. Parking was conveniently located in underground garage.

Great small hotel! The room was spacious, bad comfortable, and everything very clean and tidy. They had a list of nearby restaurants that were open for dining on Monday nights, which is a night that's hard to find restaurants. Everyone at the front desk was very gracious. Breakfast was delicious.

Very close to the Town Centre and extremely quaint and comfortable. However, no Nespresso or coffee machine and no mini fridge. I also ordered room service for breakfast one morning and did not receive it.
