Room had a lot of hair in bed and floors in all areas.could tell it wasn’t properly cleaned

The hotel was a great overall stay. The main con was the bed was not comfortable. Both my wife I said the same about it. The stove top is a small electric camper stove which was not ideal for even boiling water. Regardless, the property is gorgeous, and it has tons of great amenities for kids and adults alike.

I really liked that there was a washer dryer in the unit. I think that was one of the best features. The balcony with patio furniture was also a plus. What i disliked the most was the parking and double doors. There is absolutely no reason to pay that amount and have to walk the distance between the building and the parking garage. There wasn't many handicap parkings either. Another down side is not having breakfast included. And lastly the bed in the room did not seem like a queen size bed.

I went in blindly not realizing that this was a timeshare property. I should have done more research but on check in day the front desk gentleman was so sweet and kind and gave us a great room. Unfortunately when we got into that room we did find a roach. After calling the desk they immediately checked us out of that room and into another on the same floor which was nice. The actual room was wonderful and the view of the pool was great. Located just 10 minutes from all Disney parks and 20 from universal we stayed for a total of 2 weeks and enjoyed every bit of it. I wish the pool did have more ammenities like a pool bar (they had a hot bar and snacks but it would have been nice to have a pina colada. The room itself was spacious and wonderful. Unfortunately there were a few hiccups on our trip which is why it’s not a full 5 star rating. Our key cards just didn’t want to work and after a park open to close day waiting in the front of our room each night for 30-40 min was not fun. I went each morning and got new key cards and those still didn’t work. But other than that it was a good trip.

We stayed here for a week loved it we stayed in a double room my kids had there own room and we had ours I would definitely stay again kitchen had everything you needed pots pans everyone there was so nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again

Very nice place for families, many children at the pool. Very loud until 10pm. Probably not a good fit for a single needing a place to stay for a few nights.
