Hotel very close (100 ft) from interstate and room noisy and vibrated from traffic

Friendly staff, came in late and was warmly greeted, clean facilities, nice breakfast and smiling faces. Would stay again if I’m in the area. Thank you 😊

Only complaint was, we were on ground floor next to Interstate. It was very noisy.

Our trip was Wonderful, We will Definitely be Staying Again in the Future

Overall a pleasant stay but needs updating.

Easy to get to

The staff was very friendly and helpful but the hotel is very close to the interstate and the room we stayed in was noisy. The curtains wouldn't close all the way and there was a light right outside our window that was shining in bright all night.

Nice motel

Convenient overnight stop.

I liked the free breakfast. I loved the room. They had full sizes of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bed was very comfortable.

The bath tub had little to no safety stips on the bottom of the tub. The safety hand rail in the tub was lose at the top. I am a 68 old. I have osteoporosis in both hips so it is very important to me that i don't fail. I feel that these bathroom should be safe for everyone. Things like this shouldn't be over looked, or ignored. I understand that are many things to keep up. But the safely in bathrooms are extremely important for everyone

Clean and easy to get to

The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance, which I understand is necessary, but it was also a big disappointment for my family.

Quick stay on a long trip to Chicago, quiet, nice little area. Breakfast was the typical but fancier flavor waffles, very nicely set up.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable! We were at the end on I55 … there were ear plugs for the traffic noise. However it didn’t interfere with our sleep. The room was small but we just needed a place to sleep as we were heading home. Decent coffee and breakfast offerings. All the staff were very kind and friendly.

Given room furthest away from front desk even though there were few staying at the hotel that night. Pool and Sauna not available for use. Bathroom sink drain clogged up. Disappointing in light of the rate we were charged for the stay. Hampton used to be better in the past.

Ear plugs were a great touch with the highway noise

Pillows and mattress are horrible, and out dated

Was sad the hot tub/pool was closed but enjoyed the restaurant next door instead.
