Está bien ubicado el hotel, solo q al cuarto no le servía una persiana y la alberca techada tenía goteras

Room was clean and spacious, large bathroom, shuttle staff were very friendly. Had a great view from room and able to see lots of different wildlife - recommend watching sunset and night tour - was disappointed had to pay additional $20 to hike trail at the top of the hill. Breakfast buffet was ok - traditional Costa Rica breakfast options. Wish the pool bar was opened longer to have time to swim and relax after done with tourist attractions and supper

Excellent property. Updated and modern. Extremely friendly staff and quick WhatsApp communication with the front desk staff and easy booking for all activities.

El hotel es hermoso, una propiedad enorme en medio de la montaña. Habitaciones cómodas con vista hacia el golfo y el atardecer. Desayuno completo y fresco, además un gimnasio bien equipado y una zona de piscina temperada ideal para refrescarse por la tarde. El único detalle es que las habitaciones están bastante lejos de las zonas comunes, por lo que hay que desplazarse en vehículo (el hotel proporciona transporte)

Amazing location uphill on a mountain, great views of the bay from the back yard of the rooms with frequent visits of birds, staff was very helpful!!

I never leave bad reviews but feel I need to share my families experience. We had a ground level floor with a view of bushes, 2 random plastic chairs on the patio that were very uncomfortable. Not cozy! To get to your room you have to walk through this very dark cave like hallway. Poor lighting. Several spiders on the wall and pillow. Holes in screen, Keep your suit cases zipped! My husband woke up to several bug bites! Stained carpet. We tried to watch a movie at night but no Wifi/ TV didn’t work. The # we were given at checkin for front desk reception either didn’t work or they just don’t answer the phones. We asked if it was possible to change rooms the first night, but bc there wasn’t water to another building, several guest were displaced and hanging around the lobby at 9:00 at night, we were told to speak with a manager in the morning. No a.c. The property is Very steep, no side walks, unwalkable. You have to drive everywhere on the property or ask for a shuttle (but again no one was answering the phone). No parking available at our building, everyone was getting blocked in! Guests that stayed in our building would leave notes with Rm # on car so guests could knock on their door if they needed to leave. We felt trapped! Large buses everywhere. You can’t easily walk to grab a cup of coffee. Inaccessible and kids had no freedom to explore. Felt more like an outdated college dorm feel with a common area to eat. Checked out in a.m. Hope this helps other future families.

Our room was at the top of the hill which was a great view, but no soundproofing. It was loud. The towels and the shampoo/body wash were subpar. We had a car so did not have to rely on the shuttle but a shuttle is provided. We did the night walk which was fun but way too long. An hour would have been plenty.

Amazing hotel! Wasn’t expecting them to have just beautiful grounds and an onsite nature reserve you can hike for a small fee. Staff was extremely nice and room views were amazing! Would 100% come back!

Great location. Thermal pools were amazing and hotel rooms xtra large. Will be back. Only downside is that the room does not have a direct view of the arenal volcano… you need to step outside of the room to view…

Hotel is in a great location, but if you are a light sleeper you may want to ask them to not but you to a neighboring guest. Since walls are super thin. We had nobody next to us the first night and it was great! But second night a lady was talking on her phone all night and we could not sleep. But on the positive side their night walk tour at the property is totally great! We saw a lot of cool night animals and insects and their staff at the restaurants were really friendly and kind. You should try their Brownie with ice cream at their restaurant.

Balcony offered great sunset views. Hotel had awesome view point with humming birds and great trails to experience nature as well as peacocks right on property. It's conveniently located near all activities and property is well maintained. Staff is great , very helpful.
