Nice hotel, good location, great breakfast and great staff

Really nice hotel in the centre of Dublin. Fairly modest fee and really clean.

The price was reasonable, central location, mattress was so comfortable and parking is validated but otherwise not great. Entrance to was carpark is a mess, building could use a full renovation and thorough cleaning required. Wear and tear is obvious but lots of staining on fixed items including the desk and the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. I wouldnt stay again but thankfully I had a comfortable mattress for the night

Nice area with lots of places to eat. Hotel was lovely and modern. Tram ride or 15 minute walk from the city centre.

Friendly staff and nice hotel.

Hotel is nice, was using it as a base for seeing dubin. The room was so cold. There was an extra heater provided but when we went out we removed the key card therefore it went off. When we arrived back to the room at 11pm, it was freezing! The breakfast had a good selection but the hot food was extremely greasy. Room was nice and spacious!

People outside drinking bottles and breaking bottles and yelling.

Traveling with baby & toddler one night stay. Booked in advance and check in to room perfect. Bed comfy and good location. Eveing meal I ordered room service as would be easier on an app which seemed fine. When food was ready I got phoned to room saying order was ready to come and collect it. So I checked app and I had selected room service and also was charged room service fee. I went down to “collect” our food the bar man said I need to pay for food and “ his system wasn’t showing payment” thankfully I had proof of payment on my phone. My meals then were sat on the bar uncovered I asked for ketchup for the kids meal and I was told they had none it ran out which i found strange. I then asked for the drinks i ordered and again was questioned rudely by a girl. I was looking at the tray wondering how in the name of god I would carry our food upstairs when an offer to bring it up came from a girl. The journey to the room food wasn’t even cover with tin foil which I thought was really disgusting and when we got to room the lady accidentally spilled coke all over the dining tray. She did kindly offer another one but I refused. The food was very underwhelming i order beef and it was swimming in gravy and honestly the splash of coke that fell into my dish probably added flavour! I would highly recommend to avoid in room dining option as it does not exist. thought I have just paid €45 for adult meal and kids meal it was horrendous experience. Use just eat app next time.

Nice hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Some of the little stuff didn’t go great. WiFi was spotty. In room dining wasn’t available. TV was limited. But it was a very comfortable stay. Not entirely convinced it’s worth the money?

Geen VIP Access voordelen ontvangen. Kamer was ok maar niet geheel schone badkamer en wastafel verstopt. Na eerste nacht we s’avonds aankwamen was de kamer niet schoongemaakt op bed opgemaakt, lagen alleen nieuwe handdoeken. Dit tegen receptie gemeld en volgende dag werd alles prima opgelost

Bra hotel med god beliggenhet. + for god frokost.

Check-in realizado de forma mecânica, sem cortesia, sorriso ou, simplesmente, como vai? Péssima "boas vindas". Quarto bom, confortável. Banheiro com chuveiro muito ruim, fraco, sem segurança, apertado, com grande risco de um acidente na banheira, apesar da presença de uma barra de apoio. Café da manhã razoável. Boa localização, com metrô perto, 6 minutos. Custo muito alto comparado aos benefícios.

The only issue we had was that the wifi signal was poor other than that it was great. Excatly what we expected
