Nice space to stay would stay again

We book in on line. It was assumed this was the normal thing. We were surprised to find out that we could have booked in at the hotel and that it had gone cashless. In view of this I do not know why there is credit surcharge attached to the booking after payment. It was not a lot but it is the principle. If a site is cashless there should be no surcharges.

It's was a very beautiful room

I enjoyed our stay but was very disappointed in our bathroom as the shower was a mess and you could see that it was dirty and all around the edges of the shower inside were dirty and on the outside of the shower you could see it was dirty

The room was very clean, big and roomy. Loved that I had a balcony. I had a late check-in which was no problem. I was also able to pay cash for my room on check in. Which is great. Loved that it was 11am check-out. Only thing I didn't like was to park my car in their secure parking I would have to pay extra. I feel that should be included. Apart from that. Great stay.

The property was great and taxi service was quick. The one thing that we were unhappy about was there was no phone in our room. We advised reception on the night we were in the room. They said it was a long weekend and it will be fixed on Monday. We reminded them daily but nothing was done. Every time we needed to call reception we had to call on the outside line

only negative thing about this property was its location. About 20 mins walk from the main restaurant streets in the rain.

Not much to write home about (much like most accommodation in this price bracket). It's an ageing property that has seen better days.

It’s a really old hotel, but they keep it exceptionally clean, the staff already friendly and the breakfast was really good. There are some cute little initiatives like if you don’t have your room cleaned every day you get $10 credit to spend in the hotel. We were basically using this as a stop for trips and excursion so $30 credit paid for all our fancy coffees in the nice barista downstairs. If you are planning to spend a lot of time around the pools, then I would say look somewhere else, but if like us you will be mainly doing trips out this is a great place to stay and the price reflects what I’ve described above.

Excellent location, staff were very helpful, room was very quiet. Would recommend, and would stay here again.

Property has declined over the years when last stayed 10 out of 10 now 6 out of 10 restaurant 5 out of 10 high end restaurant prices for comon pub grub meals are not what is listed on menu when i complained was fobbed off wont be returning
