This hotel is a pension type property that is very well located for sightseeing. It is somewhat rundown and the rooms are not very nicely furnished and are only made up every third day. The front desk is not manned 24 hours, but we did find the staff helpful and pleasant when they were available. So this hotel is best for bargain tourists and young folks who like to travel somewhat rough. It's not a good choice for older travelers who need services and expect a nicer facility.

Fiquei neste hotel durante uma longa viagem pela Europa. De todos os locais que fiquei, este foi o mais simples, no entanto a experiencia foi extremamente agradável. Importante citar que é um prédio bem antigo, como em toda Itália, mas o prédio possui elevador, o staff é muitíssimo gentil e solícito, quarto espaçoso. Nota-se que a estrutura é simples, mas extremamente limpa. Localização indiscutível. Não possui café da manhã. Recomendo a todos e voltaria numa próxima ocasião.

Hotel is very basic, small tv, no cable, no fancy breakfast area. This hotels strong point is its Location. It would be pretty difficult to find a hotel in a better location to the heart of Florence.

This is a youth hostel not a hotel. Great for budget minded college kids but not for seasoned travelers. Location was great but other than that stay away.

This place is amazing, it is located in the heart of Florence. You have access super quick to all the amazing stuff. The hotel it is located on the second floor of a building. So it is not the whole building.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was clean and tidy. The welcome treats were a nice surprise. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. There were good coffee and tea access 24/7. A very central Hotel. In walking distance of lots of attractions and railway station. My daughter and I had a great stay in Florence.

This was a great location. The Duomo was steps away from the hotel. We were able to walk to everything we visited. It was a busy area, but it was a great place to stay. The only thing to be aware of is the church bells that started ringing at 7:00am. I would stay again.
