Clean room and very modern interiors the outside doesn’t do it justice!

The service was outstanding, especially Pedro at the front desk. I look forward to staying there again next time I’m in Cardiff.

Late Check in wasn't any issues. Room was okay ensuite can do with a refurb n upgrading. Breakfast was good.

Good for a business stay. Room was well appointed and clean. Better lighting to work by would be useful. I didn’t have breakfast.

Carpark was said to be well lit. It isn’t. It was v dark with small spaces and didn’t feel safe walking through it solo. There was a £10 per night charge for using it. Ordered room service- pizza. Arrived cold. I asked for a glass for the water I ordered. The glass came and was filthy. The room was cold as heating and AC operated centrally. Took 4 calls to Reception before someone answered to get them to turn the room heating on. I won’t return.

The whole hotel had a rather odd musty smell. Opening our bedroom window didn’t help. It all seemed rather tired. Our bed was not comfortable, there were 3 pillows, 1 was lumpy, 1 felt as though it was filled with pebbles and the 3rd one was virtually flat. The one positive was a good shower and good lighting in the bathroom. We only stayed one night out of the two booked and paid for, mainly because it was just very, very dreary and depressing. £170.50 down the drain but we just didn’t want to spend another night there. A shame because its location is very good for us.

Nice hotel, bit far from city centre

The hotel was clean well situated with parking on site. The room was spacious with a huge double bed, air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. Shower was good although it didn’t have a moveable shower head which I prefer. If I had to pick something they could improve upon it would be the towels are not soft other than that it was great

Perfectly located for us, good facilities, comfortable and friendly staff

Bathroom fan timer broken so ran constantly. Sleep was virtually impossible due to constant noise.

Charging for parking for a crumby hotel in the middle of nowhere is price gouging of the highest order. It’s an obscenity honestly. What a dump. I hate this place.

Air conditioned throughout, so very comfortable in the heat. Rooms serviced when required and comfortable. All staff welcoming and happy to talk
