Room was really clean and nice staff

It was perfect ! Had a great stay and the staff were wonderful

Everything was good a lady in the office wasn’t to focus when I wanted to check out leaving me waiting when I have a flight to take I thought that was a little rude but other than that everything was perfect

The construction was terrible it’s too loud during night yall need to seal the doors we stay 4 days I couldn’t sleep. The staff, the room and location is very good. We love PR

Air conditioner worked well. Only needed to have basic things like cups and tissues for the rooms, but things were well maintained. The staff was attentive. It was clean lay down foul was there’s no windows to enjoy the beautiful view.

Lots of mildew and mold in the shower tile

Nice hotel

La ubicación del hotel es estupenda, puedes recorrer todo viejo San Juan sin problema y caminando. Gracias a Carlos por ayudarnos con todas las dudas y solicitudes que teníamos, nos hizo sentir como en casa :)

Excellent accommodation and staff were very efficient.

Friendly staff. Small, centrally located hotel in Old San Juan. The rooms are small, but the bed is comfortable. We loved our stay!

Staff was awesome

Good quiet room to sleep in! Not very big but enough to rest. Sometimes it would get humid but AC works well. Would recommend checking out small shop next door for a quick drink to have on the first floor lounge area.

The room was sold as a room with balcony. It had two tiny balconies without any seating. Both were shared with folks living next door. Access to balcony was through large wooden doors that had to be kept closed due to noise. So, the room was effectively a windowless room for $300 per night. Barely any furniture in the room.

Cold shower, very small rooms.

The hotel has a beautiful lobby and the hotel is situated around a lot of restaurants and bars. It is a beautiful old section of San Juan. The hotel is an old building which was retrofitted to a hotel. Like many European retrofitted hotels rooms are strangely laid out and small. But it was clean and nicely appointed. The front desk staff was excellent with great recommendations for restaurants.

Localização excelente. Perto de restaurantes, mercados, pontos turísticos, lojas. Quarto bem confortável e equipe atenciosa. Não tem café da manhã, mas eles oferecem café e snacks pela manhã (é ótimo). Sugestão: colocar um tapete no quarto, pois o piso fica extremamente gelado o tempo todo, mesmo com o ar desligado.
