it really enjoyed my stay here, and the room was much more than I had expected, with a little kitchenette, a table space, and a balcony of a good size.

L'hôtel est très bien situé; le secteur est magnifique et très bien desservi: à 100 m les transports en commun vous emmènent presque partout ! Le personnel (accueil et de restauration) est très professionnel et agréable; le sens du service au client. La chambre est très spacieuse, calme. La vue sur l'océan est superbe. Cependant, le ménage a baissé de qualité au fur et à mesure de l'avancée du séjour ... Le petit déjeuner est très varié grâce une excellente offre, sauf, peut-être le café ... Globalement, je recommande cet hôtel.

I was extremely happy with this establishment not only because of the amenities, but mainly because of the front desk staff, particularly with Patricia, who impressed me with her ‘happy person’ demeanor and her dedication to go beyond what’s expected from a welcoming agent, and by making the customer feel important. Great stay. Shame u charge a fee for safe. It should be included with room fees not as extra.

This hotel is in a great location, but be prepared for lots of extra charges. While we enjoyed the beautiful setting, it felt like the hotel was overly focused on making money off guests. For example, we were charged €15 just to use the in-room safe, and €1 for each clean towel. Parking is €13 per night, which is fair, but many other small things quickly added up and made the stay feel more expensive than expected. A bit more transparency and value for the price would go a long way.

Beautiful hotel! Service was great! The only downside is they allow smoking in the front entrances to the door so as you are walking in and standing inside you inhale a lot of smoke. The food was great! Pool location rooms perfect!

Our go to place in Funchal. Excellent breakfast, and plenty of dining options nearby plus grocery stores. You will not regret staying here !

very unreliable description and photos, they said that is 200m to the beach but didn’t mentioned that it’s in straight line - if you want to go by walk is about 10 min (1km). we booked the room with partial view of sea (photos connected to the room was quite different, than the room we got) but in fact we had another building in front of our balcony, breakfast it’s rather industrial food, we ordered prepared on place omelette, but it was without taste, terrible

Great stay and clean room with a stunning view of the ocean. Hotel has a ton of great facilities including an outdoor pool. It’s in very close proximity to a few restaurants, tour companies, and public transportation.

A estadia foi muito acolhedora. Tudo sempre impecável e muito atenciosos. Vamos certamente regressar.

Everything was great, accept front desk receptionist rejected our request about higher floor and nice view and tried to offer us lower floor with no privacy. In our request we mentioned about our 45 years marriage celebration, but front desk ignored our request

Overall an okay hotel. Big rooms with full kitchen unit (didn't use it). The pool area is clean with lots of space. Breakfast buffet is huge with many different options to choose from. However, we had ants in our room which is a no-go for us. We think/hope this is just our room and nt others. Otherwise we would have given more stars.

O Hotel é muito bom e bonito, além de muito bem cuidado e limpo. As comodidades e áreas comuns também são muito boas, como as piscinas, o bar do lobby, etc.. Quarto espaçoso, confortável e também bonito e útil. Como pontos fracos, para mim apenas o pequeno-almoço: não gostei muito do local em que é servido, e da própria comida em si; além de pouca variedade, não é das mais saborosas (apesar de não ser ruim). Além disso o pequeno almoço reflete outro ponto que não gostei do hotel, mas que é algo estritamente de gosto pessoal: seu tamanho. Muito grande, muita gente em toda parte, pouco aconchego. Para quem gosta desse tipo de hotel, não irá se incomodar. Àqueles que, como eu, preferem hoteis menores, podem ter algum incomodo com isso. Mas não afeta a estadia em si, que foi no geral muito positiva.

Good view from the room! I stayed on the 12th floor and the view was stunning to the sea! The pool area is very calming and a perfect place to relax! Lots of variety for breakfast and very friendly staff.
