So to start with the positives. This hotel has the most beautiful views and the rooms were nice. The main issue I have is I thought we were booked into the sister hotel, the booking was very very misleading and another person I spoke to stating there said the same The food was absolutely terrible. Made me think of what I would expect prison food to be like! The staff were ok but I wouldn’t say go above and beyond. Not much going on for the kids! If I re booked here I would stay self catering! Luckily we were only there 2 nights. If I had been there a week I would have been fuming With the food

Restaurant closes at 9 pm for dinner that for a beach location in Spain in my opinion is extremely early, checkout at 10 am is as well extremely early, basically the guests do not have the time even to do breakfast before to leave the room. A big thanks to the Italian guy in reception (I can’t remember the name unfortunately) that has been extremely supportive in multiple occasions.

Belle vue sur la mer du balcon, vélos peuvent être dans la chambre. Déjeuner débute à 7h30 seulement, bonne sélection.

Perfect stay in palma with beautiful view

Lovely large room with a great view of the bay. Food was great at breakfast with probably too much to choose from. Had an evening meal on our last night which also had plenty to choose too (Italian night). Reception, cleaners and bar staff all very friendly. No faults from us & thanks!

The photos & description is not accurate to the property the hotel is dated I was supposed to have a see view and all I had was trees in front of my window and it was dark in my room.

Nice clean apartment. Good views from the balcony to the pool and sea. Excellent breakfast. Staff in all roles were very friendly and helpful

Ett bra hotel med ett bra läge precis vid vattnet fast en bit upp. För att ta sig till stranden var det drygt 100m till den fina Palmanova stranden med det lugnare familjelivet och drygt 200 till Magaluf stranden med lite ungdomligare liv

Zimmer ok, sehr gute Matratzen. Toller Blick über die ganze Bucht. Leider katastrophale Parkplatzsituation. Essen gut und abwechslungsreich. Tolles Restaurantpersonal, das auch bei später Ankunft noch kaltes Büffet bereit hält und erst 15 Minuten nach Ende der Essenszeiten das Büffet abgeräumt hat.

Sehr freundliches Personal Reichhaltiges Frühstück Die Räume könnten etwas sauberer sein, sowie die Toilette. Etwas laut, durch die Musik. Fragwürdiger Musikgeschmack am Pool.

Das Hotel ist super, der Ausblick ist einfach toll! Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten bei der Ankunft ein falsches Zimmer bekommen, durften uns dann aber aus zwei anderen Zimmern eins aussuchen. Das Essen war auch sehr gut und Abwechslungsreich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :)

The hotel is in a lovely location and the staff are fantastic however we were quite disappointed with the cleaniness of the room, we doscovered alot of very acrive little bugs under the bed which I had to spray and also cupboards doors were in need of repair. The double bed was 2 singles pushed together which even then had a huge gap in between and the noise from the water pipes really disrupted our sleep at night. We had to purchase ear plugs from the store next door as the pipes rattled every 3/4 minutes continuous day and night. The room and noisy pipes and room hygiene let the beautiful hotel down. However it did have good points such as the staff, location, activities put on for the and the rest of the hotel was modern and clean

Everything was perfect apart from the food. We opted for half board and the food was almost the same every day. also, they had only English breakfast: English sausages, beans, and all English things. Did I leave London for Spain to eat English food? Nothing Spanish. The Barman from the Lobby Bar was so friendly and professional; reception overall good. I didn't recommend this hotel for food, only the room.

Service was brilliant, staff were welcoming and helpful. Location is great, 5 min walk to Palmanova beach and 10 min to Magaluf beach. View from hotel is brilliant and a perfect level of business around this time of year. Overall would highly recommend
