Staff is really nice and the place is super clean

Checking in was easy and personnel on front desk pleasant and welcoming and they brought our luggage to our room as a courtesy and wouldn't even accept a tip! Room was clean and liked the balcony. Was close to shopping and dining. We enjoyed delicious meals at Spanky's and Alberto's, and walking near the pier and the art shanties. Would stay there again!

Great location. Walkable to harbour, shops and dining options. Friendly reception on arrival and help getting settled. Breakfast- free but not great.

We have stayed here many times. The location is absolutely perfect and the rooms have been updated.

Bathroom could use some upgrades and that shower head was like a fire hose. A lot of pressure and caused the water the go up to my ankles. It’s close by to everything which was convenient. I’d stay again.

Great location

My stay here was wonderful! The room was clean. The continental breakfast was good. The hospitality was off the charts!! The owner and all the staff were so friendly and ready to help you with anything you needed. It didn't matter what time of day it was if you came across any staff you were greeted with a smile asked how you were and if you needed anything. The pools and hot tub were clean and well maintained with a staff member there at all times. I have been going to the cape for many years and usually I try new places but after staying here I'll never stay anywhere else!!! I booked next year's trip when I was checking out, next August won't get here quick enough!!

Did not have a chance to eat breakfast because of our early rise for fishing trips. Bed was comfortable. This is my second time staying here and will try for the third next year.

Great location and friendly staff

The breakfast was very limited. Coffee was awful. Seating (tables) were dirty. Breakfast was served in an area that had a pool and hot tub. No a/c. 3 or 4 tables outside. Very disappointing.

Very welcoming staff in reception gave lots of tips about the local area. Hotel is a 1 minute walk from Main St, and a few minutes from the harbor. Perfect location!

Hotel was conveniently located. There was someone there to help us carry bags, as there was no elevator. Desk manager gave good recommendations for meals. There was no recycling for breakfast dishes or in the rooms.

Outstanding stay at an older hotel right in downtown. Staff was so kind and helpful! More so than anywhere else we have stayed in our years of travel. Hotel and room were super clean. Close walking distance to everything we needed. Public transportation was very convenient. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay there again!

Room was clean. Curtains had holes. Bathroom fixtures had rust on them.

The Staff is very kind. The room and the pools are clean. The breakfast was more than enough. Price Perfomance 5 star. Thanks to David at the front desk for the incredible traveling tips!

Walkable location, nice upgrade rooms and the check in is very easy and the host desk is very helpful !

We have to leave early before the breakfast time. The staff helped us to pick and pack our food the night before. We appreciated it very much.

The property was clean and the staff were very friendly. Very walkable to a lot of shopping areas in town. Some parts were a little dated and could use some renovations, but overall would definitely go there again.
