Struttura nel complesso carina con belle piscine e praticamente sul mare. Molti bravi anche i ragazzi dell’animazione. La struttura ha anche appartamenti esterni al corpo principale e quando si prenota non è specificato dove è localizzata la camera. Personale poco attento alle esigenze degli ospiti, infatti ho segnalato più volte problemi nell’appartamento senza trovare soluzione (bagno che ad ogni doccia si allagava e la soluzione è stata quella di fornirci un mocio per asciugare, cassaforte mai funziinante)

Todo perfecto!! Ubicación, limpieza y el personal. Tiene piscina y al lado la playa, el entorno es inmejorable. Dar las gracias a Paqui y al resto del personal que hacen que todo vaya sobre ruedas. Muy recomendable!!

Ótimo pra quem vai passar mais tempo em Ibiza. Serviço de meia pensão (desjejum e jantar) incluídos. Quarto confortável piscinas. Muita criança. Ótimo para os pequeninos, praia a um passo. Recomendo a todos, o preço foi ótimo.

Aan de receptie niet vriendelijk en konden op niks antwoord geven- deluxe kamer klein- zonnebedden versleten - zwembadboord heel vies- overal rondslingerende bekers onder de zonnebedden- peuken - balinese bedden 60€ ( ook versleten ). Ligging top ! Onderhoud van de kamers top !

Sehr gute Lage. Besteck und Geschirr könnten teilweise sauberer sein.

Super hotel, erg mooi uitzicht en deze locatie is een perfecte uitvalsbasis om lekker het eiland over te gaan met huurauto of bus. Daarnaast ook een heerlijke baai om te relaxen.

The food was honestly very poor and cheap quality produce. The rooms weren’t clean : coffee marks on the cupboards, grease marks on the surfaces, dirty kettle, floor was dirty with sand and clumps of dust. There were stains on the sofas too. The room look like they have been refurbished cheaply, wallpaper hanging off, very outdated kitchen appliances too. The plastic balcony railing is very dangerous and wobbles so please consider if travelling with young children. Most of the staff look like they don’t want to be there (except the cleaning crew who were lovely). The reception staff weren’t even able to tell us what the wifi password was and we had to ask for beach towels instead of being given them straight away at check in. Good pool facilities for children.

Solides Hotel. Nichts außergewöhnlich gut, aber auch nichts wirklich schlecht. Insgesamt ein durchschnittlicher Aufenthalt. ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Der hervorragende Strandblick war jedoch definitiv ein Highlight des Aufenthalts

Hotel staat op een mooie locatie

Overall the stay was ok but I wouldn’t particularly recommend. My husband asked the desk for water early one morning as the vending machine wasn’t working and they wouldn’t sell/give him any, and no local shops were open, so he was without water after going for a 10k jog. Everything else was generally ok.

Todo fue excelente en el Hotel Leonardo Royal Ibiza, Santa Eulalia. Extremadamente limpio: las señoras de la limpieza son súper cuidadosas, limpian incluso debajo de las camas, las sábanas y el baño impecables. En cuanto a limpieza, todo perfecto. El trato en el restaurante fue excelente, la comida muy buena, súper variada: ensaladas, postres, bebidas, incluyen vino, cerveza, agua, refrescos. No hagan caso a los comentarios previos, lo recomiendo mucho. Pero les doy una estrella menos porque, en la noche, un hombre mayor fue muy grosero con nosotros :( es triste que por personas como él se tenga que castigar al resto del staff.

Chambre pas nettoyée tous les jours. Poubelles non vidées. Très sale autour de la piscine. Les gens mangent et laissent leurs déchets par terre. Les clients réservent les Transats avec leurs serviettes dès 7h du matin et le personnel laisse faire. Côté nourriture, pas hyper qualitatif au buffet... et les boissons toutes industrielles et fluos.

Abgewohnt, Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber, Essen ist gut

Es nuestra segunda vez que nos hospedamos allí y todo impecable. Calidad precio inmejorable. Lo único que no me termina de convencer es la calidad de la comida, sobretodo si te quedas a comer o cenar. Creo que precio calidad no es buena. Mucha comida de bolsa y poco saludable.

Nice pool, great kids area and excellent breakfast. Location was quite nice for a quiet holiday. However this was all let down by the accommodation itself. We were in the “apartments”, which was an ugly block of rooms just outside of the hotel. The room we had initially was on the 4th floor and smelt really bad and the bathroom was dingy and so we asked to move. We were moved, after an extended period of waiting around to walk to the right person, and were offered a “downgrade” to a room on the 1st floor of the same block. This room was much cleaner and the bathroom less dingy, however the front door didn’t fully shut. We did ask to be moved but there were no other rooms available in the entire hotel apparently for the three final nights. We went to the pool and came back to our apartment (which was next to the sunbathing area) fully open - the cleaners had either not shut it, or because the door didn’t close properly, they’d tried and it didn’t work. We booked somewhere else and left.

Bon rapport qualité/ prix. Par contre pour ce qui est du buffet, c'était pas bon. Les plats n'avaient pas de goût ni même les fruits... déçu

La restauration, les bars les chambres tout était excellent. On reviendra
