Excellent facilities, friendly staff and the views are pretty amazing

Quiero DESTACAR LA AMABILIDAD DEL PERSONAL, sobretodo en el restaurante. La calidad de la comida es aceptable. Estaba todo rico, pero es comida bastante "batallera" para sobrevivir si te vas a pegar una buena fiesta. LO PEOR HA SIDO LA LIMPIEZA, que brilla (nunca mejor dicho) por su ausencia, sólo hacen la cama de mala manera y reponen el papel higiénico y algunas toallas... además, los ascensores y zonas comunes casi siempre estaban con suciedad que tardaban en limpiar bastantes horas (por mencionar algo concreto: tardaron un día entero en quitar 3 copas que algún incívico dejó en el rellano). Esto da muy mala imagen. No puedes mantener sólo limpia la recepción del hotel y el resto en malas condiciones... El mobiliario y aspecto de los apartamentos es mejorable también, ya que da la sensación de que han renovado parcialmente el edificio dejando partes importantes (como el baño y la cocina) sin actualizar. Todo eso se compensa con las vistas al mar, ya que el hotel está en primera línea. Tienes suerte si te toca un apartamento en la parte frontal, ya que verás toda la panorámica de Dalt Vila a un lado, el mar al frente y la playa al otro. Si actualizaran el hotel por completo, mejorasen la calidad de la comida y realizasen la limpieza en condiciones, volvería y lo recomendaría sin dudar.

Room didn’t get cleaned all week , pool music started at 9:30am,it would wake us up . Good sea views and good location

Premier nuit impeccable dernier nuit pas dormi de la nuit! voisins d'en bas on passer la nuit a faire la fete sur le balcon crie et musique, a 7h du matin la sécurité est intervenu

Perfect location. Both worlds (Party corner and old town) within foot distance reachable (20-30 min).

Hotel con malo mantenimiento y limpieza deficiente, solo cambiaron las toallas y no arreglaban la habitacion tampoco hacian las camas

View was amazing, right on to the beach. Children walked into Ibiza town centre and it was not long at all. We loved the kitchenette which was better equipped than others we' ve experienced. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was really cool in late August due to the air conditioning. As the apartment was a little older, we actually found it had a cosier feeling than the more modern ones. There was a little noise outside at night, from other balconies, but that is nothing that bothered us. The staff were exceptionally friendly on the reception. Bonus was only 10 minutes by car to the airport and 16 Euro, which was unexpected but greatly appreciated at the end of a pricey holiday. We all said we would stay here again.

awesome experience wit pool parties

The pool was fantastic. The pool bar had good food and drinks. The view is fantastic. The rooms could have been a bit cleaner and updated, but overall the rooms were spacious and it was nice to have a partial kitchen.

Good location but very noisy

Muy bien ubicado, el aire acondicionado no están bueno, el cuarto # 2 no tiene ni ventilación de hay lo de más bien.

The issue was not with the property but with Expedia. Expedia failed to follow up with both the rental vehicle and the hotel. They claimed that they could not find any records or reservation numbers. Wasting 6 hours of time for a 36-hour visit is not an excellent way to retain or obtain customers.

It’s on the seafront.

Veldig fint hotell og meget hyggelige ansatte, spesielt i resepsjon. Bra standard på rommet, romslig, badet litt utdatert. Veldig fin utsikt utover havet fra balkongen. Trivelig med bakgrunnsmusikk fra bassengområdet. Badet var litt utdatert, men helt ok. Forventet en del støy og det var støy fra gata og korridor på hotellet på natterstid, dårlig lydisolering i vinduer ut mot gata. Aircondition fungerte bra og var en life saver. Litt langt å gå til gamlebyen i Ibiza og til Bossa-området med utesteder/bargate, ca 20-30 minutter. Kort veg til superfin strand ved Platja de ses Figueretes, mye finere enn Bossa-stranden! Mange bra lokale restauranter, barer og lunsjplasser i nærområdet.

Super ligging; goed ontbijt ! Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel….
