Otel eski ama temizdi Otelin lokasyonu için tercih ettim gezilebilecek her yere yürüşüş mesafesinde araç ile gidecekseniz yakın bir yerde anlaşmalı otoparkları var günlük 18 euro tutuyor otelin önünde park yeri yok tek yön bir cadde üzerinde en sol şeritte gideceklerin bilgisi olsun.Yemek salonu biraz küçük otel dolu ise erken kalkmassanız biraz ayakta beklemeniz gerekebilir biz erken kalktık internet çok iyi otelin her yerinde aynı kalitede hatta dışarı çıktığınızda karşıda cafede otururken bile otele bağlı kalabiliyorsunuz.

Clean room, staff very polite special at the breakfast, in the centre of the town, but one bad think is that it dosnt have parking

We were quite disappointed with our stay. We have enjoyed Le Palace in the past and have continued to book stays there. This will be our last. We booked the same type/tier toom that we have in the past yet they gave us a substantially lower tier room. They said thay they have been renovating for years and we've always stayed in a renovated room. Their pictures focus on the lovely renovated rooms. We did not receive what we requested and they refused to move us. The breakfast and main team member, Maria I believe, was great of course; however the reservation and customer service was not.

Great location with helpful friendly staff. Slept soundly !

Die Lage ist super für Gäste ohne Auto. Sehr zentral gelegen. Zimmer lieblos dekoriert und renovierungsbedürftig. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Das Zimmer war einigermaßen in Ordnung aber das Badezimmer war eine Katastrophe. Schimmel in allen Ecken, kaputte Fliesen, der Ablüfter funktionierte nicht und war total verdreckt. Das einzige positive war das Frühstück. Es war ein sehr reichhaltiges Buffet und für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Trotzdem würden wir dieses Hotel nicht nochmal buchen.

The room smelt heavily (cigarette smoke, cleaning product) and no comparable room could be offered as alternative. Staff in the Breakfast room was particularly friendly.

Hyvä sijainti ja monipuolinen aamiainen. Aika karu huone, mutta siisti (siivottiin joka päivä). Hiljainen. Ihana henkilökunta. Korkeat ja kovat tyynyt. Hinta-laatusuhde oikein hyvä.

The room was basic, and old, but clean. The arrival of other guests in the early hours who were noisy caused sleep disruption. As a suggestion maybe the hotel could inform others on arrival of this. Sadly people have no care or consideration for others. The door key system failed a few times, but staff addressed this problem. The front desk staff were very helpful and considerate but feel they are restricted with the age of the building and layout. We were surprised that there was a lack of Tea or Coffee making facilities, within the room, since it was branded a 4 star hotel. Breakfasts, were served by polite, cheerful staff. The food offering was plentiful and varied.

Nothing fancy but great for something inexpensive in the heart of the city. I paid $47 for one night...staff was very sweet and friendly
