Camera in sede secondaria, ma vicina all'hotel, piccola ma più che funzionale come singola. Personale gentile e disponibile, ottima colazione. Posizione comodissima per raggiungere la stazione. Nell'insieme più che soddisfacente.

Sehr freundliches Personal, freundliche Empfang, gute Lage, Zimmer war gut, sauber, lag nur auf dem Weg zum Frühstücksraum, daher viel Verkehr.

Nice room for a solo travel, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful.

A very conveniently located Venice hotel. 5 minute walk from the station. Like many buildings in Venice there are steep steps up to reception. There is a small lift to other floors. Some of the rooms have been refurbished. There are odd steps along some corridors and out of the luggage room. The staff are helpful. There is a bell boy who helps with luggage during daytime. But not early morning or late evening. Room comfortable but bed hard.

Great location, room small but everything you need. New, fresh and clean. The building can be noisy, but that's common with old complexes like that. I'd for sure stay again (and do not recognize the less warm reviews). Also love that it's 24h reception.

Very central and the hotel has everything you can ask for. The Portuguese gentleman at the reception was very nice and helpful

離S. Lucia火車站非常近，對面就是百年甜點店Dal Mas，房間簡單但乾淨，唯獨香水味有點重可以改進／Posizione ottima, a due passi dalla stazione di Santa Lucia e proprio di fronte alla storica pasticceria Dal Mas. Camera semplice e pulita. Aspetto migliorabile? Il profumo è un po’ troppo forte.

Quarto bom, equipe muito simpática. Localização muito boa, ao lado da estação de trem, e com preço melhor que o do entorno em Veneza.

駅の近くでとても便利でした。イタリアでは冷蔵庫の無いホテルの方が多いようですが、やはり冷蔵庫は欲しかったです。この季節だからまだ良かったけど夏だったら辛かったと思います。それ以外は不満はありません。

Clean hotel, great location, nice breakfast, but the ac was not working
