Great location! Clean! The rooms are a good size and quiet. Walkable to the train, shopping and to the beach. This is our third time to Nice and I will definitely book here again!

Vi blev tildelt et værelse hvor vi ikke kunne stå oprejste i 2/3 af rummet. Et badeværelse uden mulighed for at hænge sit håndklæde op, og et et mini køleskab stående på gulvet og en saftyboks der ikke var fastgjort. Det virkede ikke færdigt renoveret.

Super geräumige Zimmer mit großem Bad. Allerdings hat das Bad keine Tür. Das sollte man wissen. Es ist quasi offen. Von der Lage ist das Hotel super erreichbar vom Flughafen und Bahnhof. Frühstück ist ausbaufähig. Frühstückszeit ist von 8 bis 10 Uhr und teilweise ist um 8 Uhr noch nicht alles aufgebaut. Außerdem gibt es jeden morgen die gleiche Auswahl. Die Croissants und der frisch gepresste Orangensaft sind ausgezeichnet. Ich würde es weiterempfehlen.

Hotel is decent but room too small. I don’t like the light system. It gives cheap

We stayed in a standard room that was clean and comfortable, with a good bed and useful amenities like a private bathroom, safe, small fridge, and air conditioning. Our room faced the street, but since it’s a relatively quiet area, it was peaceful most of the time. However, the soundproofing inside the building could be better — we could occasionally hear noise from other guests. One major downside was the elevator. It was out of order for most of our stay, and unfortunately still not working when we had to check out. Our room was on the top floor, so this was quite inconvenient. The location is decent — not very close to the beach (about a 20-minute walk), so keep that in mind if your main purpose in Nice is to enjoy the sea. That said, it’s well-connected by public transport (the tram gets you to the beach quickly), and there are several parking options nearby if you're traveling by car. Overall, it's surely not a luxury hotel, but it offers good value for the price for a short stay if you spend most of your time outside anyway.

Very comfortable room - small, no wardrobes or drawers to unpack properly. Location is excellent

Man kann sein Gepäck vorab einschecken und es auch noch nach dem ausschecken dort liegen lassen.!

Bra läge, gångavstånd till det mesta. Rent och fint med minikyl, kaffemaskin, jättebra AC och internet samt mörkläggningsgardiner. Helt enkelt ett hotell som har det man behöver. Inte något speciellt men helt okej. Hotellets frukost åt vi inte, vi köpte egen i närliggande butik

Belle chambre spatieuse. Proche du tram, quartier calme, 1 restaurant au pied de l’hôtel.

Loads of good food near by, walking distance to the beach. The restaurant next door could be load till late and as there is only one member of staff on the front desk they are not always there. But all the staff were lovely.

Bella camera e bagno molto luminoso. Posizione strategica vicino alla stazione ma anche ai commerci a 15min a piedi dal mare.

L’hôtel a une bonne situation et les chambres étaient propres. Mais l’hôtel était désert, aucune vie et très peu de clients! En pleine saison, c’est vraiment étrange et inquiétant

Wir waren im Juli für eine Nacht dort. Die Lage eignet sich für einen Kurztrip - kurze Wege zu Bahnhof und in die Altstadt. Die Klimaanlage hat den Raum hervorragend gekühlt, so dass man Nachts gut schlafen konnte.

Superbe nuit, chambre spacieuse et confortable

Perfekt läge, nära till strand, butiker och den stora gatan med shopping, restauranger osv. Frukosten är katastrof så köp inte till den. Men överlag är det fräscht & väldigt prisvärt. Hade kunnat bo där igen.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind, including the femmes à ménage. Excellent service there. The rooms were very clean , truly spotless in the bathroom, etc . Howe ever , the walls were very dirty in the room. There were no real «  toiletries «  or the extras that you would usually find in a 4* hotel. Very easily accessible to the train station and somewhere simple to lay your head on a comfortable bed. No outside noise from the street , air conditioning works well.

Nice place. Convenient location. Good pricing. The door was difficult to open due to floor expansion but otherwise 5 stars
