El personal lo mejor súper atentos,volveremos,única queja a mi perrita ni chuches ni nada y mi pobre labradora durmiendo en el suelo y ella también paga su camita,de todas formas muy contenta,a ver arreglan el parking por favor

Everything about this hotel is great. Just a short drive from Malaga and the airport in the foothills. Perfect location, not too big, helpful polite staff, very clean, great views of coast and hills. Nice rooms and good size, breakfast choice is excellent and a nice bar/sitting area. Food and drink available all day. Also fantastic pool and garden area. Beautiful village of Mijas very close by. Will definitely return.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was a good variety, Bar staff not very friendly, also was having an argument with another staff member. Staff not very helpful. Didn't feel like they wanted tourist.

Lovely hotel with nothing around it. Total relax. Good options for food and bar open all day too. Loads of gorgeous views. We had a pool view room on the 3rd floor. Room was basic but clean - bathrooms could do with a refresh but they were clean. Bus stop outside hotel great local bus up or down the coast where loads of nice restaurants are. Pool was huge! Plenty of loungers and towels provided. Lovely Lovely stay

⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. When I arrived and checked in, I specifically confirmed with the receptionist that breakfast was included in my booking. He confirmed that it was and even gave me the breakfast opening times. However, when I went for breakfast the following morning, I was told that breakfast was not included. This was very frustrating, especially as I am diabetic and pregnant. I explained the situation, but I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and there was little effort made to help resolve the issue. The room itself was also not up to standard, as the toilet had an unpleasant smell throughout our stay. In addition, we were not informed before booking that the spa facilities were unavailable. Had this been made clear in advance, it may have affected our decision to stay at the hotel. Overall, the communication was poor, and the experience did not meet expectations. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and is more transparent with guests about available facilities in the future.

Super nice and easy hotel! Friendly staff

Situated in the lovely town of Mijas this hotel has great amenities, lovely staff and good, affordable food. There's good connections to Málaga and Fuengirola. If you don't mind spending a bit more the taxi to Fuengirola is about 11/12 euro. I stayed for 9 days and I was sorry to leave the place.

Skrik och oljud på morgonen utanför rummet 001 på nedre plan på morgonen. Vaknade varje morgon av städpersonalen som gjorde massa ljud utanför. Trots att jag sa till personalen i receptionen som förövrigt var icke service mindes så hände inget.

L’hôtel est bien situé avec beaucoup de charme je recommande

Il personale alla recepción all’arrivo è stato molto sgradevole, prima non trovavano la prenotazione, poi ci hanno assegnato una camera a piano terra durante un giorno di pioggia con una umidità elevata e alla mia richiesta di cambiare camera mi hanno proposto un cambio con 30 euro di supplemento “vista piscina” che non si vedeva perché laterale. La mattina a causa di gruppi organizzati la colazione è stato un incubo, con due bimbi piccoli, non trovavamo un tavolo e abbiamo dovuto aspettare che se ne liberasse uno, sporco, abbiamo dovuto togliere i piatti di altri ospiti e senza nemmeno pulire il tavolo o avere possibilità di trovare tovaglioli, abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci in un angolino perché i piatti sporchi non sapevamo dove metterli (non c’erano tavoli su cui appoggiarli). Solo due camerieri per due sale molto grandi e molti gruppi di turisti. Una bolgia che si è ripetuta a pranzo, stressante e umiliante dover ripulire pure i tavoli degli altri ospiti, mangiare in queste condizioni. Ultimo nella piscina coperta (pagata come supplemento) non c’erano asciugacapelli né spogliatoi, ridicolo! Un ragazzo della reception è venuto dopo una mezz’ora di richieste per dire che semplicemente dovevo mettere un’asciugamani intorno ai bimbi e uscire fuori all’aperto per rientrare in camera (piovigginava e faceva freddo) perché non avevano nemmeno un asciugacapelli portatile ma solo in camera quelli attaccati alle pareti. Bellissimo il posto è bella la struttura ma molto mal gestita

Det eneste 4 stjernet ved hotellet var det ydre. Værelset var 1-2 stjerner, morgenmaden måske 3 stjerner. Vi havde heldigvis kun 1 nat som blev afbrudt af en medarbejder pludselig trådte ind på værelset mens vi sov, efterfulgt at 2 x brandalarm pga. Rygende gæster, samt larm fra receptions området kl. 04.00 hvilket gjorde det til en forfærdelig nat.
