Room is nice but could use updating. Breakfast was meh.

Hot tub was a bit green first night so they closed it early to shock was fine after that

J’ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. Globalement, l’expérience était correcte : le personnel est accueillant et le petit déjeuner est bien. Cependant, j’ai été déçu par plusieurs points importants. Le matelas n’est pas confortable, et le système de chauffage est assez bruyant lorsqu’il se met en marche, ce qui m’a réveillé plusieurs fois durant la nuit — vraiment dérangeant pour le sommeil. Aussi, la propreté de la salle de bain, notamment au niveau des murs, est à revoir. En résumé, un bon service, mais des améliorations nécessaires au niveau du confort et de certains aspects de la propreté.

The rooms were spacious and the king size bed was very comfortable! The hot tub was also big and spacious after a days skiing. Location was great!

Lovely room with fireplace! Separate bedroom was great, and the morning breakfast outstanding -- Would have appreciated better info RE. Ski valet -- and main Lobby fireplace "fire going / "On" duration of day, but all else indeed quite excellent, including parking. Thank you all !

Cannot beat the location and the ski valet service was great. The room was nice with the fireplace and mostly updated interior, the bathroom lighting was not ideal for doing hair & makeup though. The hot tub jets didn't work according to others in the hot tub when we joined but was clean and relaxing (I would have appreciated knowing that robes for the hot tub are an additional $50 CAD deposit at check in and not already in the room). Perhaps the most disappointing were the breakfast offerings and that the breakfast staff was condescending as well.

Extremely helpful and sweet staff, lit up the fireplace for our group every evening after a long day on slopes.

We loved our suite (it was an upgrade - merci beaucoup!), the staff were very friendly, hot tub was fab, location perfect!
