Excellent service! Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu et, dès que la chambre a été prête, on nous a appelés. Chambre propre, très bien située et, point important à souligner : c’était tranquille. Nous avons pu bien dormir et être en forme pour la descente des pistes le matin. ⛷️❄️

Hôtel très sympa, bien situé. Bon petit déjeuner, bain à tourbillon agréable après le ski. Chambre grande et confortable.

I was a bit disappointed that we spent more for a condo room and our travelling partners booked a standard room and received a condo twice the size of ours. We paid $600 more on a Black Friday special and received a smaller room.

Clean room. Close to everything. Rooms were very nice too.

Fantastic location in the pedestrian village and a very short walk to the gondola, which took you directly to the ski lifts. There was penty of secure, indoor on-site parking in the garage below the hotel (for a fee). The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and gave lots of great suggestions for restaurants. The room was wonderful and included a cozy gas fireplace and a full kitchen. The hot tub has great! Immediately nextdoor to the hotel is free ice skating.

C'est une belle hôtel propre,élégant.Laura à l'accueil est aimable et le personnel aussi. Hôtel bien situé, les restaurants sont tous prêt et les activités aussi. On a été privilégier, on a eue une belle chambre avec foyer,petit poêle à cuisiner, ustensiles couverts complet. Ect... Petit déjeuner savoureux oeufs à coque,jambon et creton.plusieurs variété de viennoisserie et plus encore tout était impeccable. .Merci encore on a passé un beau séjour.

Muito espaço no quarto, limpeza impecável, funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. Espaço para guardar equipamentos de esqui fora do quarto. A lareira deixa o ambiente muito aconchegante. O café da manhã é simples, mas é bom. Só tem 1 tipo de ovo (cozido), 1 tipo de queijo, (parecia mistura de chedar com queijo prato) e 1 tipo de presunto (normal). A localização é excelente, logo ao lado da igreja, da pista de patinação (acesso gratuito pra hóspedes do hotel) e da gôndola para a estação de ski (tb gratuito). Também está ao lado do centro comercial, com excelentes opções de refeições e um mini mercado pra quem quiser cozinhar no quarto. O quarto tem fogão elétrico, uma pequena geladeira e algumas panelas e utensílios de cozinha

The location is convenient, easy to arrive and really close to the free lift to the mountain. The staff was really friendly. The room is cozy, well equipped, clean, has a great bed and the heating was amazing. The WiFi just sucks, they give a code that did not worked properly, there are some parts of the room where the WiFi will not reach at all and on peak hours will definitely not work. The breakfast was limited, would love something hot and healthier, we were tired after 3 days of eating the same bread and cheese. Overall a good hotel.
