Pls ugrade the tv’s

Excellent séjour en famille pendant l'Ironman 70.3 de Mont-Tremblant. L’hôtel est proche de tout et reste calme pour bien se reposer et récupérer.

Everything was good

We loved our short stay here, just what we needed after visiting busy cities! Lovely big apartment and Catherine was very thorough and helpful and check in. Great location, just minutes from everything in Tremblant. The breakfast was included and is ok, it’s great to give guests the option to take the food back to their room. The pool wasn’t open during our stay which was a shame but it looked lovely. Parking is convenient too (for a fee). Probably the best sleep we had of our two week road trip.

Room was perfect and clean. Cleaning staff for our room was extremely pleasant and friendly both days and asked if we needed anything even when we asked for no service. The continental breakfast was great and enough selection to please. Coffee was perfect. The kitchen clean up crew was extremely loud while resorting dishes when it came to bring back the dirty dishes from the carts especially because the carts were right beside us. A little more courtesy would have been appreciated and perhaps the carts could have been simply rolled into the kitchen and then there, re-sort the dishes for cleaning. Front desk person was not knowledgeable about Tremblant Village at all. She had no idea what time the shoppes or restaurants stayed open in the evening and basically said, “you’ll need to speak to the people who run those places”. She is the gateway to Tremblant and didn’t know the answers to the simplest questions of any new traveller to Tremblant. Excellent client service begins by knowing about the tourist area she’s actually representing on behalf of the hotel.

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The fireplace was a wonderful feature, especially after a day of skiing, and helped keep the room warm and cozy. The complimentary breakfast was a big plus and provided a great start to the day before heading out to the slopes. The location is very close to the lift, and easily within walking distance, making it extremely convenient for skiing.

It was my second stay there and I'll be back.

Very friendly service from front desk. Great location. Small bed for two (twin?). We thought we would have a balcony, but were told only suites had balconies. We were enjoying the hot tub but were very surprised when we were told by the lifeguard it closes at 5:00. The room was rather dated. The breakfast buffet was decent but no scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage …. Overall, given the price, we expected better.

La Dame à l’accueil mérite une mention Honorifique; son écoute et son aide est remarquable. Le déjeuner était très bien, j’ai adoré. La chambre était fantastique.

Amazing place

This was a last minute booking for 1 night. Although not horrible, it wasn't great either. Pool was closed on weekdays. But they did offer a continental breakfast.

Le personnel très attentif, souriant et serviable. Propreté de la chambre très bien . Bien situé.

Tout était parfait ! La dame présente au moment de l’enregistrement était très profesionnelle. Le seul défi : la musique (la basse) durant la nuit.

The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. The selection was small but everything was fresh and there was something for everyone. Great location right at the front of the village.

Staff was not Co-operative, otherwise the property was v good
