The hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. The room was clean and spacious. The Bingo show was absolutely outstanding, so professional. However, I felt it was lacking day entertainment. For juniors it was more hanging out in the playroom as opposed to having games around the pool like in other resorts. The food was excellent quality but the allergens are not distinguished from traces so even the pizza shows as peanut and nuts allergy. Nowadays nothing is free from traces. I was not informed until the end of the stay that I could request my food in advance and that they would prepare it for me separately due to my allergy even though I made staff aware of my allergies. Overall, that was quite disappointing.
