The bed was very comfortable, the room was nice and dark and quiet for sleeping. The bathroom had very little counter space and the mirror was too close to the sink, and it was delaminating from being splashed with water. The baseboard in the bathroom was also coming away from the wall.

I was pleased

The room, bed and pillows were very confortable. Especially the pillows. I slept great. Breakfast was also good. They have a coffee machine which was very convinient. Thie property does NOT have an elevator.

Moderately clean but falling apart.paint, grout, furnishings and odor.

Room was very outdated.

This is an older property and some of its age is showing. But the keep it clean and all the furniture seem newer than the plumbing. The fixtures may be old but the function just fine. It was a good price close to where I needed to be.

Property was convent to where I had to work unfortunately front desk put me down for 2 nights which I only needed 1 so I lost money because of their mistake

We liked everything about our stay: convenient, clean, and friendly.

Affordable and convenient to the FDR library.

I liked being close to the walking trail and other attractions in Hyde Park. I did not like that we were woken up at 3 am as somehow the radio alarm was set but not by us. Also, at around 330 am, there was a very loud noise, as if something had fallen on the roof above us. This noise happened earlier as well (around 10-ish) several times. I'm glad there were apples at breakfast. A few other healthier options would be nice. The bed was comfortable and the shower was very hot which I like. But I could not easily make it cooler. Staff was friendly.

We appreciated the adjoining rooms during our stay with our family. They were kind enough to allow us late check out as well:

Everyone was amazing. The desk people were very friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough for them.

Overall a comfortable stay. Only complaints are the ants in the bathroom and the tvs not working great. Other than that breakfast was good and the hotel room was comfy.

I have stayed here many times due to its close proximity to my daughter's college. This time however, my tv remote would npt work... the man tried 4 other remotes. Had to switch rooms and got a smaller bed as no more King size beds were available. And remote worked for everything but the volume in the second room. At this point, after it being over 30 minutes and my food that I brought in was getting cold, i just accepted it. The next day, I went out and was gone for a few hours. I went to get into my room, and my keys wouldn't work. So I had to go back to get them reactivated. Annoying as I was ready for bed. The man at the front desk was very nice at least.
