Needs a renovation but otherwise an excellent hotel with great service and location

Two night stay to see more of beautiful Malaga. Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room…..Will return for sure.

The hotel's location, great views (at least from the 8th floor!) cleanliness and fantastic, friendly, staff mean we would certainly consider staying here again. However, the decor was rather old-fashioned and our bathroom was very 'tired' and whilst clean, was in need of major cosmetic attention.

Insgesamt schönes Hotel von welchem man alles fußläufig erreichen kann. Zimmer groß und sauber. Frühstück exzellent. Lediglich das Parken könnte besser auf der Homepage beschrieben sein. Man kann in das nächstgelegen Parkhaus einfahren und dann für 20 Euro ein Ticket im Hotel kaufen. Diese beiden Tickets (das alte und das neue) entwertet man dann im Parkhaus.

Very friendly and helpful staff,clean and tidy close to the beach and all other places city centre and tourist attractions love it 👍

I’d give this hotel 4.5 out of 5. They catered for our needs (two adults and a 10 month old) really well. With a room facing the bullring it was quiet and peaceful during our stay in March. Maybe also due to the majority of the clientele being more mature in age. Breakfast is reasonable, it didn’t seem to change over the 5 days we were there but enough choice. The gym is well equipped for a good workout. The Promessa restaurant looks very nice but with a 10 month old not really the place for us.

Although at the end of the park plaza. An easy walk into the central part of town along the sea walkway

Wonderful location between port and old town. Good spa facilities. Big rooms.

Love this hotel. Great food, rooms,and bar. Particularly love the location. Have stayed 4 times so obviously I enjoy it

Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt ook het restaurant was een goede uitvalsbasis voor een lekker maaltijd.. alles lekker in de buurt strand haven boulevard en stadscentrum.... Het hotel verraste me met mijn verjaardag :o)

The location is excellent - five minutes from the beach and, via the tunnel, ten mins from the old town. The breakfast is terrific, the rooms spotless and the view from the terrace breathtaking. The staff are also extremely professional and personable.

Great location, with the Marina and the Historic Centre right on your doorstep along with some fantastic views if you're lucky enough to get a corner room! Also a fantastic spa - highly recommend the massage if you want to de-stress or just pamper yourself!

Stayed at hotel for one night nice big room with views over bullring. Lost my sunglasses in the room dropped under bed, phoned hotel on the day I left told was told they would have to check tomorrow when cleaner back on shift.Emailed and phoned again next day spoke to receptionist informed could not be found. Got impression they were not interested in helping anyone who had lost property. They have restaurants called Promisa one of worst meals ever had. Waiter too attentive removing drinks and food before we had finished. Meal was cold sent back still could not get knife through steak. Ordered another dish not much better. A big disappointment for a special birthday, maybe alright for a drink but definitely not for eating out. Enjoyed staying in this hotel in the past but just felt now there was no customer care.

3rd time at this hotel Always good

Buen trato salvo en recepción, que llegamos a las 2 de la tarde y no estaba lista la habitación. Esperamos una hora y eran las 3 de la tarde y seguía sin estar lista y nos dieron una en una planta muy inferior sin vistas. Fatal. El desayuno muy bueno, la habitación muy bien. El bar muy bien. La entrada/recepción necesita renovación, anticuada

The staff was great and very attentive. The hotel is at a perfect distance from all of the nearby attractions and tour meeting points. We had an amazing view!!!

Excelente! Vista para arena de Touro, bem localizado com possibilidade de ir a pé ao centro histórico, região portuária e praia la malagueta.

Very nice and helpsome staff. Walk way to the beach and city centrum of Malaga. Near buss station to the airport.Good buffet breakfast. Very nice view from the hotel's roof. Overall is good.
