Direct access to the beach , which is the main reason we stay here. But the room is dated , A/C is not cooled and we feel hot in the room during summer. Price is too expensive for the room.

Hade rum med utsikt mot poolen. Ganska lyhört och varken AC eller kylskåp gjorde mycket för värmen. Påtalade detta för personalen och blev inte särskilt bättre. Toppenläge vid stranden för att slippa hyra solstolar.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location, the air conditioning is horrible, it never cold and it was broken for 2 days, the maintenance of the hotel is bad and the amenities almost none

Should be a 4 star no question. Very clean, lovely breakfast and fantastic location. Will be coming back

Bra att det fanns 2 olika frukostbufféer. En till 7-10 och en andra frukost mellan 9-11. Personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma.

Amamos nossa hospedagem nesse hotel, café da manhã perfeito, super limpo, funcionarios super educados, cama macia e enorme, em ao lado da praia e no centrinho (que é perfeito) com varios resturantes em volta.

Everything was excellent

Everything was great. Staff super-friendly, geographically the hotel is spot on. Breakfast had lots of choice and fresh produce, it was lovely. Only criticism is the gym and some of the equipment was broken.

O hotel fica numa cala lindíssima! Vista maravilhosa do quarto! O hotel é mto bonito e confortável. Tem uma academia e SPA ótimos. A localização é a melhor possível, ao lado do centrinho de Cala D'or cheio de restaurantes e de outras calas lindas. Amei demais! Voltaria com certeza!

Outdated property. Grounds & rooms need alot of TLC

Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The location was excellent. Beautiful beach and great restaurants nearby.

Good: The hotel’s location was fantastic—just a few minutes’ walk to the main centre. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made our stay feel very welcoming. Bad: While there were plenty of sunbeds in the garden area, the ones around the pool were very limited and tightly packed, meaning guests were lined up closely together with little space. Additionally, we were only given one pool towel each on arrival, and swapping for a fresh towel cost €1 per towel. For two people staying a week, that’s an extra €12, which felt unreasonable considering the overall cost of the accommodation. I’ve never had to pay for pool towels before, so this was disappointing.
