Our stay was just okay. The buggest issue was that the room was dirty. I did not make an issue over it because we didnt want to deal with it. There was what loooked like bodily fluids on thw curtains, hand prints on the headboard and the pillows were completely brown under the pillow cases. Also the shower curtain was filthy on the inside. Looked like mold or at least im hoping it was mold. Usually there is an extra blanket and pillow especially since there was a pull out sofa but there was none to be found. I went down for breakfast at 9am and there wasnt much in regards to food. There were only eggs and sausage for hot things. The cereal was so old it was stuck in the dispensers. I couldnt get it out. The bagels were gone and the only juice avaliable was apple.

90 degrees and humid outside. Arrived in room (approx 8pm) to find that the air conditioner was set to “heat”, and when changed it back to “cool”, it was unable to cool effectively. Room remained hot and only cooled to 78 degrees by 5:30 am

The toilet and bathtub kept back up! The lady checking us in had. Attitude when I asked for bedding for the pull out couch as they didn’t equipped the room with it when we checked in! One of the beds had a metal post coming out from under the bed me and two of my children hurt are selves on.

Good service

I was pleased with our stay here. Our room was much larger than I expected, which was great for our family of 6! The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I can't ask for much more. My kids loved the pool ( I recommend replacing the tile with something not so slick) and the morning breakfast. Staff were nice. This is not a Marriot by any means, but I would book here again.

The room was clean. The bathroom was dark because one of the bulbs was burned out and then had not been replaced. The carpeting in the dining area is very badly stained all over. The tile floor is in the reception area and hallway were dirty and not cleaned. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful

We didn' stay here because the desk clerk was not putting in my credit card correctly. I called my bank 3 times they kept sayng evereything was good. i went to another hotel it worked fine. Your hotel still charge it even after they said they wouldn't

Hotel is run down and needs renovations, everything from ac to toilets to the toilet paper where broke, even the door at the bottom had a half inch gap you could look out into the hallway. Only saving grace is the front desk clerk on check in went above and beyond to get the wifi and tv up and running. Even going as fast to carry a new tv to my room and hooking it up herself. She was phenomenal.

Unfortunately, the suites were not well kept. There was pet hair on the furniture. The carpet was worn and nasty. We were not able to stay there. We left because we were not comfortable sleeping with there. It was just too uncomfortable.

Soggy carpet, bloodstained sheets, sink that doesn’t drain, terrible WiFi. But I didn’t fear for my life, so it could have been worse! A/C works fine.

The room was half way clean , my tub was clogged up, toilet wouldn’t flush and the sheets on the bed was dirty !!!!!

Actually, it was a nice enough property, but the bathroom had stuff growing in all of the crevices and seams. Around the grab bar in the shower there was a dark green film all around the connecting joint. The film wiped right off with no effort or scrubbing needed. That tells you how much effort had gone into cleaning it (zero), and how long it had been since being cleaned. All I can say is "ewwww".

There were random circular holes in the walls but the sheets were comfy and I was only there to sleep.

Bed too soft, pillows tiny, tv tiny, lightbulb out in bath, bath fixture needs to be cleaned, went to breakfast n out of sausage, lampshade crusty. Tub had skid marks on it, carpet damp. Yikes!
