交通の便が非常に良かったです。 朝ごはんの食べるレストランも良く 連泊していた為、翌日の天気を部屋に 手紙として置いといて下さるのも助かりました。 しいて言うなら、部屋にコーヒーマシーンが あれば尚良かったです。 サンマルコ寺院・ドゥカーレ宮殿 サンマルコの鐘楼・船乗り場　等 全て近いので立地条件抜群です🇯🇵

The hotel was so close to St Marks Square, and the roof top bar and restaurant had the best view! We had a delicious dinner right outside on the water, watching the gondolas ride by. Would highly recommend!

Location, location, location it’s a great property easy to get around right outside with tons of water transportation access to all around. The room is basic and one thing to note the shower is a box - so is very very tight. Staff was nice and service prompt. There is a tour to Murano offered for free, but honestly, it’s more like a hook to try to get you to buy their glassware.

I love this hotel, especially people who works there are so amazing they were so great enough to accommodate all that we need and helped us a lot. I would definitely go back and stay in this hotel. The Hotel is located in front of the gran laguna and steps from the Piazza San Marco. You cannot find any better. It is appointed I'm a classic style and has a nice terrace on top with a marvellous panoramic view. This hotel is about location, location, location.

We had a lagoon view room mere minutes from St Mark’s Square. Great trattoria in the backstreets- even in winter. Many people enjoying a spritz in the midday sun.

Hotel was ideally located near St. Mark's Square. Staff was very helpful, breakfast was good, room was clean but very dark as it faced inner courtyard -- so did not correspond to any of the well-lit photos on Expedia. Additionally, leaky toilet was not fixed even though mentioned to the staff. Overall, a very good experience, with the caveats noted.

The location of this lovely hotel is perfect for exploring all of Venice. We loved the water views, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and included breakfast. The staff was kind and helpful, especially with helping us plan transportation to/from the hotel. The hotel came highly recommended and did not disappoint!

Not worth what we payed. The room was very small and bathroom shower too tight , not comfortable. They shout down AC before we leave the hotel in morning.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Stephano in particular helped us with water taxi and restaurant bookings months in advance via email. They were all awesome, but Stephano especially stood out. Hotel was great, very clean, great housekeeping, convenient elevator, great full breakfast, and at a great location for seeing St. Marks, Doges palace, Caffe Florian, vaparretto , restaurants, all within a short couple of minutes walk. Private dock for water taxi (which was great for our 3am pickup). Would definitely stay there again next time we’re in Venice. A

This property is amazingly quiet at night. When you turn off the light it is complete darkness and complete silence. I have never experienced this because of Venice there are no cars so it is extra quiet and definitely no crickets or any animals making a single sound. Being that the walls have a padded wallpaper everything is really dampened and insulated and you definitely do not hear much noise and sleeping is very easy in this hotel.

This is for sure not a 4/5 stars hotel. I m travelling a lot for my job, I can tell you this is not a 4/5 star hotel. I booked for 3 nights and left after 2.The only good point and that probably why they get here is the location. Everything else is cheap. The room is small and outdated, not clean.no coffee machine, no free water… I paid for a suite with sea view, right above the Main Street, heavy noise all day and night, music, peoples walking by day and night..you can’t sleep until late. This is at best a 2 stars hotel that you should pay not more than this. The breakfast is a joke, no buffet, and the food was terrible. Don’t get fooled, you can find a LOT of better options around.
