Very good service and tasty food

We enjoyed our stay in the middle of may. Nice pools and good food. Not crowded. The room was very small, we had the room with the bunkbeds. We were 4 people, but there was only on chair in the room. The bathroom didn’t have a sink. The sink to the bathroom was on the other side of the room. I would not recommend four people staying in such a small room. No chairs to sit and relax together. There were two chair outside, but not a room fit for 4 persons. We didn’t get any bottles of water, just water tap water from dispenser. Not ideal if you are thirsty in your room. We had to buy bottles even though we had all inclusive. The slushy in the poolbar was also not included.

Wir waren in dem Gebäude mit Familienzimmern bzw 2 Schlafzimmer. Jedoch war genau davor abends immer Veranstaltungen. Die Gäste waren durchgehen bis mindestens 1:00 Uhr nachts extrem laut. In anderen Bereichen des Hotels bekommt man hiervon nichts mit. Die Lage des Zimmers sollte man vorher wissen, zumindest wenn man mit Kindern reist. Die Angestellten waren durchgehend freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für uns war es von Vorteil durchgehend ein Auto zu haben. Man kann sich aber im Hotel ein Auto mieten. Shuttle zum Strand nach Faliraki gebe es auch. Essen (Buffet)sehr „englandlastig“

Gutes Hotel, mit schönem Rutschenpark, gutes Essen, keine Schrankböden, nur eine Kleiderstange für 4 Personen, keine Haken, keine Cocktails am oberen Pool, Kinderpool ohne Rutsche o.ä., lifeguard, Getränke nur bis 23 Uhr.

Great Hotel, from check in to leaving, great service. Special shout outs to Betje and Anastasia on reception. Great location just out of the main town centre but close enough to all the amenities. New adults only Marrakesh area is also a lovely addition.

After check in we found our room with a dirty toilet, an empty shower dispenser, a used water bottle (don‘t know if it was supposed to be complementary water) and a shirt from the previous guest. Also two dirty blankets with nasty stains. We informed the front desk twice and they promised to take care of it. Instead still no shower gel, still a dirty toilet, blankets are still dirty and were not exchanged … but also no hand towels on another day and the shower rug was gone for the rest of our stay… again we informed the front desk (3rd time) … Finally we received a clean blanket and towels, that was it! The bathroom remained dirty, sink uncleaned and we bought our own shower gel…

Alleine die Renovierungsarbeiten im Speisesaal sind hervorzuheben.Personal sehr gut.Je nach Preis verschiedene Zimmer zur Verfügung.(Privat Pool,Whirlpool,Familienzimmer).2 Pools,Kinderpool und einen wasserrutschenpark.Reichlich Sonnenliegen vorhanden.Etwas außerhalb Faliraki gelegen.(ca 1,0 km).Internationales Publikum.

The stay was very average. The resort looks a little tired and run down in places. It’s clean enough. However we were here all inclusive and have to be honest the food is below average. There’s choices but always cold and tasteless. Ended up eating out more. Lunchtime menu is extremely poor burgers, hotdogs, pizza all carbs rubbish. Overall the rooms are small and beds uncomfortable. At best the hotel is 3 star really. I would look elsewhere.

Tres bel hotel, parfait pour les familles. En revanche la fermeture de la piscine à 18h est contraignante et la propreté de la chambre est a revoir (poussière et serviette tachées). L’hotel est un peu loins du centre si vous êtes à pied, mais le système de navette pour aller a la plage est pratique. La nourriture est correcte mais très orientée pour la clientèle britannique.

We got free room upgrade for our three night midsummer break which made our stay very comfortable! Facilities are old but clean and nice. Food and drinks are ok and evening programs quite entertainement 😃. Free parking is right at the hotel entrance. We can clearly recommendate this place. But WIFI was extremely slow. Barely possible to check simple news

L'hôtel est très bien les piscines sont vraiment top pour toute la famille même si elle ferme un peu tôt. Le personnel est adorable. Petit bémol sur la nourriture plutôt adaptée à une clientèle anglaise ou hollandaise mais on trouve toujours quelque chose à manger surtout les pizza au bar qui sont vraiment bonne

Had a nice stay. Kids loved the water park and different pools. The all inclusive offer, especially the drinks, was not great. Bought some wine from the local super market because could not drink the hotel wine. Staff is very friendly (and hard working).

Petit bémol pour la nourriture, sinon hôtel bien situé proche de la crique Anthony Quinn, chambre propre et spacieuse, dommage que le jacuzzi ne soit pas chauffé

Incheckningen gick perfekt och då vi kom till rummet blev vi mycket glada...fint rum och egen pool....sedan finns det inget mer positivt att säga om detta hotell. Mycket kallt vatten i poolen (under 20c), men värst av allt var maten. Vi hade bokat all-inclusive, men det som serverades på detta hotell var bland det värsta vi upplevt. Mycket klent utbud, ej färdiglagad mat och i princip samma mat som serverades varje dag...i en skala 1-10 får restaurangen betyg -1. Detta är något som hotellets ledning måste ta tag i annars är jag övertygad om att hotellet försvinner snart...

Allasalueet olivat asialliset . Huoneen suihkutilat erittäin ahtaat.Painan n.70 kg ja puolet kehostani jäi suihkutilan ulkopuolelle.Myös wc-pytty oli erittäin ahtaasti sijoitettu.Illallisella melu oli aivan korvia huumaava, lasten leikkipaikan läheisyyden vuoksi.
