I have never stayed in such a filthy place with no proper WiFi and terrible breakfast …I pre booked for 8 nights through hotels.com I arrived late on the first night and left on the second day …. I have lodged an official complaint with hotels.com as I was refused a refund by the hotel as I had prepaid through hotels.com … Expedia …I then went to a lovely hotel called La PIETTE hotel which was clean friendly and good food

The hotel staff are excellent. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is comfortable, if a little dated. You need to let them know if an accessible shower is needed as many rooms have a bathtub shower. The food is available until late evening and the bus stop to town is across the road, while the return stop is just a house away.

Mary at La Trelade helped us out and was thoughtful and proactive. She made the visit really stand out. Thank you Mary!

Very nice hotel, good location for airport

The Hotel is a bit tired and in need of some renovation, but the staff are absolutely fantastic! Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Disappointed that swimming pool facilities not open. Decor quite dated.

The staff were friendly and the property was clean, if a little tired. Lighting in the bedroom was dim and we fed back that brighter lights would be helpful. The hotel advertises an extensive and varied menu, however the quality of the food was very underwhelming. We gave up and went to other restaurants.

Large and comfortable lounging and dininf areas. Very generous portions for breakfast and dinner of very high quality

Great base for us close to where we needed to be

Receptionist was very friendly and we received an outstanding service . Food was not that brilliant. The only thing I will change is have a smaller menu but quality cooking.

Very little communication at check-in or afterwards. Room very clean and bathtub nice. Couldn't get kettle to work. Restaurant on site with good food. Well connected by bus but far away from city centre. Beautiful beach, Petit Bot, and Little Chapel within walking distance. Pricey for location.

Great area for where we needed to be but bus travel into town not walkable

I travel around the UK with work and this has to be my favourite hotel, spacious comfortable room, fantastic breakfast, gym/ pool included in the price (not all hotels do this) and the staff were brilliant too. Overall 10/10.

I will never out of principle stay in this hotel, would advise everyone the same. If necessary pay more and be guaranteed a pleasant unstressed stay.
