The hotel notnonly was expensive but when we got to our room the AC was not working. It was hot, with a bad smell. The sent tge technician who changed the fter and said it was fixed. Went to din er and when we came back the room was worse than before. Then we got anotger room and had to moved everything at 11:00pm at night. After two days, we asked for room service and the receptionist said they were too busy.....we paid $300 per night. Not worth it!!! Parking at the parking lot was expensive too.

The onsite restaurant was closed for a significant portion of our stay. The limited hours were not reflected in amenities description.

Lovely stay

Was very convenient as far as walking downtown, as far as parking you really had no option but to Valet at $45 a day..Other parking garages available but not convenient. Staff very friendly but not informative at all with surrounding area(directions, best restaurants ,transportation etc) TV cable horrible. Ice machines didn't work most of the time. In house restaurant very limited. A little disappointed for Hilton

The hotel location is good. You can walk to shops and restaurants. Room was clean and property was well maintained.

No parking available other than down the street ar a city paid parking spot or $45 for valet parking.

Great location , friendly staff. Has everything one needs for one night or a week! Would be nice if they had some way to get Netflix or Prime Video. Could improve TV service.

Staff was amazing, clean rooms, fresh coffee walkable.

Perfect spot for shopping. I asked to be put on the first floor and was put on the 3rd floor instead. Our room was so hot AC did not work Maintenace looked at it and said it was fine, never actually worked after he left. We would have asked to be moved but was leaving the next day. Such a hassle to move all our stuff. The restaurant was not open on Sunday? Would most likely stay down the street at the Sheridan next time.

I first had the handicapped room but it was dark and depressing. The beds were practically on the floor and way too soft. There was no chair except a desk chair and seems like a very stark and dark room I moved to a standard room which is wonderful! Far more cozy. The handicapped rooms could be far better designed ! The front desk is staffed with terrific people including Lisa and Benjamin, who is really well trained in hotel management.

The room had a terrible smell that did not go away - it was a musty moldy smell.

The room was nice and even more spacious for a typical 2 bed room and a family of 4. However, the walls were very thin. While the woman next door were just up late and chatting, it was as if they were in the same room.

Great beautifully renovated central location

The valet was high. So high that he had a difficult time communicating and asked the same questions multiple times within our 3-4 minute interaction. Albeit… it was hilarious. The room was clean and comfortable aside from the temperature. The AC seems to barely work and shuts off completely when you are sleeping. Overall, it was okay but overpriced.
