Ras sur les services et la propreté de la chambre. Petit bémol sur la piscine trop froide à mon goût pour en profiter pleinement. Bonne continuation à toute l'équipe. Cordialement

Absolutely amazing! Very helpful staff, they went above and beyond to resolve and issue with my laundry. The breakfast buffet had such amazing food and so much verity👌 As a solo traveller I definitely recommend 💯

Attention l'hôtel ne possède pas de piscine intérieure couverte indépendante mais d'un spa qui est en accès limité sur réservation et payant. Hôtel qui mérite tout juste 4 étoiles, non 4 étoiles sup... Pas 1 seule bouteille d'eau de bienvenue dans la chambre ni de machine à café.... Le parking est payant. C'est plutôt un hôtel pour les familles. Vraiment pas l'idéal pour un voyage en amoureux. La chambre est spacieuse mais avec baignoire, pas de douche et la déco est un peu vieillot. L'accueil est plutôt joli lumineux. Bref dans l'ensemble c'était correct mais vraiment rien de transcendant.

Hôtel très propre, personnel sympa, repas délicieux matin midi et soir. Spa sauna et piscine chauffée à l intérieur top. Si je devais citer des points négatifs : chambre mal isolée et dommage que la piscine extérieure ne soit pas chauffée sinon tout est génial !

Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Gute Speisenauswahl. Wellnessbereich schön, aber relativ laut. Gute Verkehrsanbindung mit Zug in 1,5h in Barcelona. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel, um Strand und Stadt zu genießen.

Frühstücksangebot sehr umfangreich und gut Personal sehr zuvorkommend Zimmer sauber , aber schon ein bisschen abgenutzt Wellness für 2 Stunden mit 12 Euro pro Erwachsener etwas teuer und Kinder dürfen nur in bestimmten Bereichen.

Tout était parfait y compris la restauration !

beautiful foyer as you walk in, rooms sufficient, but could have done with a kettle, pool area like sardines & pool freezing, beds rock hard, food not so great as tendency to not stay hot under bain Marie. Umbrellas round pool not secured, so when windy, 1 hit me on the back of my head and back......were offered free dining at buffet that night to make up for the whack. Saw ABBA Universe show...started off a bit shabby, but actually warmed up and was half decent. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Dining was a bit of an experience.....very busy. Cold buffet good, loads of choices...just disappointed with hot food as not so hot. Nice breads and pastries. Lifts were very quick. Beach is a 5 min walk across the road and under subway.....(sand is a bit harsh - big grains).

Animations plutôt très moyennes malgré les efforts de certains animateurs, cuisine à peine du niveau d'une mauvaise cantine, bouteille d'eau de 50cl à 2,45€ !!! Un joli panneau à l'entrée de la piscine pour informer qu'il est interdit de réserver les transats sous peine de se voir enlever les serviettes ... : à 08h30 la moitié des transats avaient une serviette et personne dans la piscine... Bien beau de mettre un panneau mais si personne ne fait respecter les règles...on a testé... Et c'est clair que nous n'y retournerons pas...

Todo correcto pero se notaba en la comida que la gente tenía media pensión y en el almuerzo había menos calidad y variedad .

The overall hotel experience was good and we couldn’t fault the staff. However, the bed sheets didn’t appear to be changed that often and I had to request clean towels as we were still using the same ones after 4 days. The breakfast & dinner buffets were good with lots of variety too. We probably would return and hope the room issues are rectified to improve the overall experience.
