It is such a beautiful space, one is immediately transported to serenity. For those appreciating gardens and plants, this place is tastefully landscaped with wonders at every turn. I want to thank especially Helen at the front desk who helped me immensely with my travel plans, helping me to bridge communications with the locals with, helping me with change requests and organising all that I needed. She was very responsive, connecting with me on wechat.

I had a wonderful stay at Banyan tree Lijiang. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great during my stay. Nevertheless, the hotel and facilities were amazing! Abby, Coco and Xiao Tang at the reception were also amazing and made us all feel so welcome!

環境舒適，餐飲好吃，服務親切

The property is aged and the front light did not work most of the time so we need to walk in the dark at night, which is quiet dangerous. The dining options were very limited so there is nothing to eat at night besides the Chinese restaurant. The TV had very limited foreign channels, which is very disappointing for an international brand. Of course if they are only catering to Mainland Chinese tourists then it would be fine. Overall a bit disappointed with the hotel brand.

Nice quiet place for a couple

Beautiful property, iconic park and amazing staff. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lijiang.

Good service

This hotel is the highlight of our short stay in Lijiang. The hotel itself is a form of art in landscaping and architecture. A quiet, exquisite, and relaxing oasis just five mins walk away from the Suhe Old Town. The whole staff team is so kind and helpful. Our family of four (incl. elderly parents) enjoyed the wonderful food options, spa, and various hotel activities here. If I ever come back to Lijiang, I will def still stay here.

Our trip to Yunnan wouldn‘t have been made pefect without the stay in Banyan Tree Lijiang. The credit must go to the staff, Elin. Elin is always courteous and responsive. She has been very helpful all the time. She is also very caring and always checks with us to see if we have any need. We stayed there for a couple of nights and then went to other places of Yunnan. On the very last day of our trip, we went back to stay there. Elin went out her way to prepare a better villa for us. Even though she wasn’t on roster on the day we were there, she made sure that other staff were aware of what to do. When compared to other 5 star hotels (including other countries), this is the best customer service we have ever come across. Elin‘s service has made Banjan Tree Lijang stand out.

I had a most restful time and was so pampered by the attentive and helpful staff. The house-keeping team ensured that I lacked nothing and anticipated my needs, the servers at breakfast, particularly Fancy Yuen, remembers how I liked my coffee and makes it each day for me.

condition of the property is excellent with great views. It is a taxi ride to most places but I enjoyed it there.

丽江悦榕庄景色很美，酒店就像个大园林，很让人放松。虽然是老酒店，但设施并不感觉老旧，维护比黄山悦榕庄好多了。 定的泡池别墅，酒店早早消毒并准备好了泡池。出去古城步行了一天后泡泡别提多惬意了。 服务也很贴心，工作人员很多很淳朴热情，前台的Nancy和餐厅的Fancy都给了我们很多帮助！

Service is excellent, absolutely my first choice to come next time. Room is ready big and quiet to stay.

位置还OK，离玉龙雪山很近 服务上没啥特色

悦榕庄是我最喜欢的品牌饭店，虽然丽江悦榕庄有点年份装修有些需要改善的地方，但软体服务还是非常棒的 按摩池别墅小孩的最爱，但水温如果能在调高一点会更好，9月晚上泡在水里还是会冷，但床真的好舒服好好睡 早餐还是一样丰盛好吃

Good location, fine views, but the hotel is in need of considerable renovation. It is not the marvelous place it used to be.

Banyan tree Lijiang is a lovely resort close to Shuhe old town. The architecture of the resort has an ancient look with Jade dragon snow mountain as their backdrop. Convenient location to visit Lijiang’s attraction. After a day’s touring around, you can soak in their soothing spa to iron away the aching muscles. Me and my daughter had a lovely time staying there.

就在玉龙雪山附近，酒店进去大门非常开阔，目光所及就是雪山。老牌酒店该有的都有，占地面积很大，进出要约电瓶车接送，当然自己走也可以，天不冷就行。比起新开酒店，又好像差了点什么，有卫星电视，没有网络电视（本来我们还想看亲爱的客栈来着）。另外可能为了私密性，花园套房的花园被整个围墙包围，略感压抑。 朋友生日，提前给酒店电话，酒店送了蛋糕和红酒，然后没有配蜡烛有点欠缺。 出门右转几百米就是束河古镇，总的来说还是很方便的。早餐非常棒，简直可以说应有尽有了，后悔没有早点起来吃早饭。餐厅外面是个大鱼池，可以跟吧台要专用的鱼食来喂鱼。很是舒适自在。
