I know all hotels care about their bottom line, but they could hide it better. After my flight was delayed for 24 hours, I asked to be refunded for the night I didn’t stay (giving 24 hours notice and having insurance). They said no because it’s non- refundable. Ok, that’s fine.
But, they were rude about it and didn’t even give a small gesture as a welcome drink or complimentary breakfast for the ordeal their guest went through.Most 4 star hotels show more empathy and customer service than they did. Also, their lunch and dinner food is not good. No real pool either and rooms are Ok. Better options available for the same price range.
