We arrived in the evening of Dec 5/ 25 for a 1 night stay after driving 6 hours with a child. We were all tired and went to bed. I went out for a vape at 1030 pm and went straight to bed.
In the mid morning while having breakfest my husband sent me a photo of something that was under our bed turned out that it happened to be a discarded condom with a wrapper and another condom that had been used. I went downstairs immediately and complained to the night clerk, stating that I was not paying for my room as that was disgusting. And that I had a 7-year-old staying in that room. That night long story short, the front desk manager decided to tell me that I was only going to get $30 as a return. And that the manager was in the hospital and could not come to see me after I had asked to speak with him after talking with him. 4 over a 1 an hour, I called Expedia explained everything to them. They called said, yes, I was getting my money back.
