Beautiful hotel, nothing at all bad to say about this place, beach and pool are amazing, restaurants were amazing and staff was so helpful.

Pros..... Loved our stay at the Eden hotel. Great location for Rovinj Old Town if you're hay and able to walk. The rooms were lovely, well furnished and modern. Breakfast provided an excellent choice. Good facilities and activities. Staff friendly and helpful. Cons.... My only complaint, as suggested whilst staying at the hotel, is that care needs to be taken to ensure guests maintain the standards expected of a 4 star hotel....far too many towels and laundry hanging from balconies which lowers the tone. Also people using Mulini beach bar as sun loungers meaning people wanting drinks can't get tables/seats.

Great hotel, 30 minutes walk to the centre of Rovinj, great pool area and lovely beach.

Great location for walking into Rovinj town. Lovely pool area, plenty of space too. Beautiful scenery. Food options in hotel a bit limited.

The rooms

room was good, the only downside was it was setup as a triple, when we were a couple, could have used the extra space. Food was excelent, we picked half board and were thinking ot would be hit or miss, but very much a hit, three well defined ourses and plenty of choice, based on our experience get there in the first 10 minutes to have good seating options. The only draw back is parking is 350 M from the hotel, you need to check in and leave your car for 15 minutes to then use your key to acccess the car park.

Es war sehr voll mit Tennisspielern und Busgruppen. Lange Wartezeiten beim Buffet, Speisen kalt. Beschwerdemanagement funktioniert herausragend. Ausnahmslos alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

Die Lage des Hotel ist wirklich super. Das Personal ist extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen vielfältig und gut. Die Zimmer sind wirklich schön und sehr sauber. Beim Abendessen wäre gut eine bessere Organisation, zu groß der Andrang, lange Wartezeiten am Buffet. Durch die sehr vielen Menschen im Hotel war natürlich auch die Sauna, das Schwimmbad, etc total überfüllt.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Service! Kleine Kritik: die Bar in der Lobby ist etwas ungemütlich, da es dauernd zieht

Hotel che offre tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno in vacanza! Ristorante ottimo sia per la colazione che per la cena, formula self-service. Piscine bellissime con acqua di mare. Spiaggia pulita,attrezzata e ottima per rilassarsi. Hotel immerso in un bellissimo parco di pini vicinissimo alla spiaggia e ottimo per raggiungere Rovigno a piedi. Che dire.... Vacanza super!

Fantastic hotel! I extended my stay because I loved it here so much. Gorgeous property in park-like surroundings and near the water. Spectacular buffet for both breakfast and dinner. Amazing spa with hot pool and sauna on ground floor. I had a lovely massage and soak. Walking distance to town and bicycle rental is also available. Lovely, friendly staff. 10/10. Perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Wish I could have stayed a week.

Personale top! Siamo stati 2 notti per il compleanno del mio compagno. Ho ordinato una torta assieme alla colazione in camera: fenomenale!!! Camere pulitissime, moderne, bella la zona piscina e la spiaggia. Gli unici punti da migliorare sono: -aspetto esterno del fabbricato un po’ vecchio, da rimodernare. Essendo attaccato al Lone sempre del MAISTRA Collection diciamo che stona un po’ esteticamente. -bar: i due bar, sia quello della piscina che della spiaggia sono poco forniti in termini di snack e panini. Per uno spuntino easy bisogna per forza andare al ristorante. Basterebbero solo dei toast, qualche panino a disposizione per dare un servizio completo.
