Lovely hotel

I booked this resort to celebrate my birthday and to refresh my scubadiving certification. I have been to Egypt 3 times and stayed in various hotels/resorts. I can say confidently that this is by far the best resort I have stayed in. Not only is this resort beautiful, it includes lots of swimming pools and the sea is easily accessible and shallow in the daytime, unlike in other resorts where the sea cannot be accessed due to the presence of corals and restriction from entering the sea to protect the marine life. The biggest highlight of this resort is its top class hotel staff. If this resort is 5 star it is due to the efficient, highly respectful and tolerant staff. The cleaners, chefs, waiters, reception staff, bar staff went above and beyond in making sure we were taken care of and would promptly resolve any issues. The hotel also included a professional photographer which took amazing shots of me and my sister in the resort and on my birthday. The hotel also was gracious enough to make my birthday etra special by treating me in a really nice restaurant with a complimentary birthday cake! Another perk of this hotel is that it contains one of the best Diving schools I have been to. I had my Open Water certificate but had not dived for 10yrs. I took a refresher course an went on to complete the Advanced Diver certification and the instructors were one of the best and most tolerant teachers. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the plug sockets and lamps.

It’s absolutely 5 stars hotel, we enjoyed our stay .. the food is nice the parties night is enjoyable, the staff is very nice , room service is slow a little bit but overall is excellent

Bar personelleri özellikle lobby bardaki personeller çok mutsuz zorla çalıştırıyorlar gibi. Temizlik iyi sahil ve havuz güzel. Yemekler lezzetli oda temizliği güzel. Bebekle ve çocukla rahat edilecek bir otel.

Villaggio molto bello e ben curato con piscine riscaldate e adatto ai bambini. Spiaggia grande con un mare bellissimo accesso al pontile un po’ troppo distante. Tutto perfetto a parte il personale a cui chiedi cose e ti va bene se ti rispondono dopo venti chiamate. Al ristorante chiedi da bere venti volte e nessuno te lo porta, anzi discutono tra di loro ed è anche brutto per gli ospiti. Peccato per questo particolare perché senno la qualità prezzo è stop!

Fint uteområde, god mat, hyggelige personell. Ingen aktiviteter når det er dårlig vær (feks vind). Bassengområdet ute er veldig fin, treningssenter veldig gammel og trenger en oppdatering. Man blir plaget hele dagen med folk som prøver å selge ting, feks. turer, massasje osv. Ville være mye bedre hvis man fikk info om disse på resepsjonen og kunne velge selv hva man ønsker!

The food in all restaurant was amazing! The services was okey i talked with the managers about the situation when you wanted to eat outside! The birds wasn't nice they were eaten on customer's plait! And the service didint take the dishes away! So thats not nice! Otherwise a very nice place! Hospitality cru! Thanks for everything!

Very nice hotel resort. Wonderful. Great food, lovely staff, exceptional service, superb grounds. Right on the beach. A little oasis on the edge of the desert.

We were only here for one night but our experience was AMAZING. Honestly made us wish that we were staying for longer. Mohamed from front desk was so welcoming and accommodating. Osama from the dining hall was also amazing! 10/10 recommend staying here

I had the most amazing stay, Better than I could’ve ever Imagined. I stayed on the Pool facing rooms, Daily maintenance, Live Football on the TV and cleaning, Delicious food and drinks and they even went the extra of making me a cake for my birthday. This is a stay I would recommend 100%!!!

Overall good experience. The rooms are dated, the beach is not what you would expect since it's very shallow and the sand is more like gravel . Price is excellent for what you get
