They speak English well, very friendly & try to help with whatever you need. Close to all kinds of stores & food. The room wasn't big but was clean & stylish. The bed was too hard for me but I have issues. I would definitely stay here again.

Ne mérite vraiment pas l’appellation 4 étoiles!!! Le jacuzzi sur la terrasse était innoperationnel Chaines télé uniquement en Catalan allemand et italien!!! Chambre très bruyante donnant sur grande avenue et au dessus de poubelles ou les gens vidaient leurs bouteilles en verre à n’importe quelle heure jour et nuit On entendant les douches des voisins comme si on y était… Vraiment déçue … j’avais pris cet hôtel pour les prestations … et elles n’étaient vraiment pas au RDV!!!

Ben collegata, la metto a due passi, personalmente mi aspettavo di meglio dalla camera. Letto scomodo

Staff was rude. Asked for an adapter he said he doesn’t have, asked to charge phone as it was off, and he also refused and wasn’t really helpful

Hôtel idéalement situé, chambre petite pour 3 personnes, petit déjeuner limité et peu de choix

Dejligt hotel perfekt beliggenhed. Super morgenmadsbuffet. Gratis Spa og Sauna. Tæt på metro station. Gåafstand til centrum. Rummelige værelser, dog papirstynde vægge så der var meget lydt. Ellers ingen støjgener fra gaden eller andet.

Le personnel a été incroyablement excellent, nous avions besoin de stocker des éléments au frigidaire et congélateur, ils ont été très serviables. La chambre correcte mais on sent que l’hôtel est bloqué dans les années 90

Room was good, sauna was cold and you have to pre book the hot tub

Alles perfekt. Bis auf die Matratze. Die war viel zu hart. Deshalb ein Stern Abzug.

The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. The building needs some TLC, it didn’t bother me all that much, but it might bother others. Don’t let the neighborhood scare you. We stayed there for a week and became a member of the community.
