Great Location. Breakfast was good.

The staff at the hotel is what stood out for us. We met 4 different gentlemen, one more professional and helpful than the other. Hotel is close to public transit and yet far enough from madness. It's very close to a lot of attractions. Highly recommend.

Hôtel bien situé près du métro et des bus. Du marché de la Boqueira. Personnel de l’accueil très agréable. Nous avons dû changer de chambre sans problème, car elle ne correspondait pas à notre réservation. Petit déjeuner identique tous les jours sans cake ou gâteau fait maison.

The staffs we’re very accommodating, nice and helpful. The rooms was clean and big enough for 2 persons and the breakfast were so good a lot of choices.

Breakfast was very good, with a variety of good choices. However, it would be nice to have larger cups for tea drinkers. Also, the tea bags were very substandard and far too weak. Suggest residents walk with their own teabags. Receptionists were brilliant and very helpful.

Jättebra frukost, synd att inte spaavdelningen har öppet längre på kvällen. Stänger kl 19 redan. Annars bra. Ac i vårt rum funkade dock ej men vi hade fönstret öppet så helt ok. Lite hård säng för mig men det är ju en smaksak

Funcionários atenciosos. Acústica ruim do quarto com portas de quartos vizinhos muito barulhentas assim como lado externo. Ar condicionado é único do prédio e foi desligado nas primeiras noites causando muito transtorno. Tivemos que dormir de janela aberta o que aumentou o desconforto sonoro. Na terceira noite apenas ligaram o ar.

O hotel diz ter ar condicionado e não tem. , a noite o quarto fica quente e eles lhe oferecem um ventilador. Nunca o hotel teria classificação de 4 * , sem ar condicionado. O hotel fica no meio de onde vivem paquistaneses, para voltar das Ramblas e a opção é passar por entre eles .A Europa está tomada desses imigrantes . Tem um rooftop , mas sem luz , não tem um ambiente adequado para tomar um drinque, falta mesa , falta cadeiras e luz .O café da manhã, pago a parte , muito bom , varias opcoes , muito bem servido,,

Le jacuzzi de la terrasse etait fermé. Matelas de mauvaise qualité. Nous avons pu réserver gratuitement le spa (jacuzzi + sauna) , ce qui était très sympa mais l'eau du jacuzzi était brûlante , on n'a pas réussi à entrer. Pas de brosse dans les toilettes. Il faisait chaud dans la chambre et l'air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait pour visiter la ville. L'hôtel est bien mais vieillissant et ne vaut pas 4*. Le prix était très cher, mais dans les moins cher de Barcelone à cette période.

The hotel is lovely. It was hard to find at first, but then I was able to find my way back after a few days. The area is fairly safe. The staff was very helpful & friendly. The room was quite comfortable & clean. The bathroom has a bidet & is a good size & was disinfected on arrival. I was able to open the windows to let in fresh air. The blackout curtains were great. Great lighting. Wifi is very good. Needs more outlets to charge devices. Close to quite a few very good restaurants. The gym was very minimal. 1 hot tub & 1 small sauna in the lower level. Solarium & 2nd hot tub on the roof. The elevator is small, fits 3 averaged-sized people, 2 people with backpacks & luggage. Buses & metro is nearby. Easy to hail taxis.
