Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff - rooms were clean and ours overlooked a park. No bar but dining room excellent for breakfast.

Le personnel très sympa, l’hôtel joli mais le petit déjeuner vraiment pas bien, cela n’est pas digne d’un 4* ni même 3* Pour notre voyage de noces, j’avais choisi cet hôtel en pensant que ça serait bien, mais nous avons été vraiment déçus du petit déjeuner (les œufs et le lard nagent dans l’huile, les pâtisseries et les confitures sont industrielles, le miel premier prix, le thé basique, des petits détails qui devraient être améliorés…)

Das Zimmer sah modern aus mit einem großen bequemen Bett und wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick aus dem Fenster. Dir Lage ist perfekt - man ist direkt in der Stadt. Das ist der größte Pluspunkt. Das Personal ist freundlich. ABER: Das Hotel ist leider in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Im Zimmer war der Boden kaputt, die Toilettentür schief mit einem größeren Spalt. Im Gang und in der Lobby roch es extrem unangenehm nach Abwasser. Anstatt das Problem zu beheben, wurde Parfüm versprüht, um den Geruch zu überdecken. Hat aber nicht wirklich geholfen. Das Frühstück war ok, aber jeden Tag das gleiche. Leider nichts besonderes und traditionelles. Wir würden das Hotel trotz der Lage leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Quarto grande, confortável e muito limpo. Localização perfeita. Café da manhã excelente. Fizemos uma ótima escolha. Recomendo.

Great location

A nice modern and clean hotel. Room was comfortable with a mini cooler with space to put your own drinks. The toiletries had a pleasant smell and a hairdryer was provided. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to bars, cafes and restaurants and is in the shopping district. It is no more than 15 minutes walk from the cathedral and at no point did we need to get a taxi. The airport bus stop on Marques de Paradas and the bus station itself was 15 minutes’ walk also. Staff were friendly and professional at check in and check out but tended not to look up when you entered or exited. There was no mention of hotel facilities - breakfast wasn’t offered as an option. Really pleased that there was a water fountain available in reception. I would stay again. It’s good value for money.

Das Hotel entspricht meines Erachtens eher der 3* Kategorie. Die Lage in Zentrumnähe ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend.

Great location, staff, room and breakfast

Excellent location. It was easy to walk to most areas. Staff was excellent especially the front desk manager that helped us navigate some challenges in getting around. We visited during Santa Semana which was fascinating to see how extravagant and large the processions were. Be aware that the hotel is on a main route for many processions so access to the hotel can be very difficult at times. Our room faced the street so we got a great view but the processions run until 2am so expect there will be considerable noise. All in all we enjoyed our Easter visit.

Hotel was in a great location, amenities in the room slightly dated and no free water in the fridges. Staff gave conflicting messages regarding departure and taxi advice. As it was Easter, very busy but found our own taxi 100 yards from hotel compared to the 10 minute walk advised. Hotel room was also rather hollow, could hear lots of noise from adjacent room/corridors.

O hotel é extremamente bem localizado, no coração do centro histórico, em frente a um El Corte Inglés. Fomos na Semana Santa, nosso objetivo era vivenciar essa festa tão grandiosa na cidade e, para nossa alegria, as monumentais procissões passavam bem em frente ao hotel. Assistíamos a elas de camarote, da janela do nosso quarto! Limpeza maravilhosa. Não provamos o café da manhã, mas há vários supermercados pequenos nas proximidades e cafeterias onde podíamos tomar café da manhã.

My only criticism was there was no proper bar in the hotel.
