The food wasn't good.. Other guests said the same (they'd rather go hungry), it's a heat wave and no one offered fans until someone came to check the fuse that had blown, the fuse for the lights went, the TV stopped displaying video and TV channels, we've woken up with lots of bites even though the blinds and curtains were shut, one of the front desk workers seem reluctant to talk to us.

Unfriendly, cold front desk staff.

Great location next to the station 8 mins into city. Downside was no air con in room and on warm days not a great combination

You only get 1 chance to make a first impression and the Aspect Hotel failed. On arrival at the desk the first thing was not a good afternoon, just you need to pay a damage waiver fee. I questioned what was damage waiver to be told everyone must pay this to cover damage to the room. My reply was who decides if damage was done and was told the duty manager, i said great then the duty manager can come and inspect the room now before we move in. Something amazing then happened i was told no deposit waiver was required. Not sure if this is a standard for all customers. The whole thing left a very sour taste and i had no confidence in the staff and the hotel after that. I paid for my stay in full on checking in as i just wanted to get to the room. We decided to check out a day early and on check out was told no refund would be given. I never asked for or wanted a refund, we just wanted to leave this hotel When i asked for my bill i was told, this could not given it to me untill the next day. I laughed and said unfortunately i would not be here. She eventually agreed to give me a made up invoice and email me the orignal which i have not recived as yet. Hotel is clean but the corridors smell of a strange odour. Postives is its very close to transport links

The hotel was in a business park that is very quiet during non-business hours. It is very close to the commuter train station that takes you to Houston Station quickly. The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good. The hotel hosted at least one tour group every night we were there.

Really rude, unhelpful staff. Interacted with four or so and all were like that. Paid +&500 for one night and it was very shabby, few accomodations and not a great location, but overall this could have been helped with just a better attitude and more friendly and helpful nature from the staff

Close to the airport and on the Dublin bus line allowing us to take a break from driving and use the public transportation to get to downtown Dublin. Onsite restaurant and bar were very good as well. They seemed to manage the tour busses that stayed there as well without impacted the quality of our service.

Prima hotel, wel wat oud, vriendelijk personeen maar onverstaanbaar. Het hotel ligt afgelegen en met de bus ben je 55 min onderweg naar het centrum, met de trein sneller maar in het weekend is de trein rampzalig. Dus dit hotel nooit meer i v.m de ligging.

Nice clean hotel. Good food. Would be even better if it had more facilities. Shame it wasn’t closer to the city centre location but only 25 minutes in the car with free parking.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Einrichtung leicht angeranzt. Sonntags fährt der Zug spät und selten, mit dem Bus in die Innenstadt dauert lang.

Nice hotel, clean but a bit far from everything.

Anna at the front desk was kind and accommodating. The tall guy at the breakfast must have been neglected as a child. -rude, unsociable, seemed almost angry to be there.

Just one thing there were not enough toilet tissues kept when checked in.

Breakfast at weekends is only from 08.00 which is poor for a 4* hotel, but it is good. Hotel takes some money from bank account before arrival (£118) then wants full payment for the stay on top of the already taken money which is refunded at check out. That's lots of extra money the guest needs to have easily available.

Staff friendly and the bed were comfy. Breakfast was nice could be a little warmer byt over all a very nice stay.
