Caro para lo que ofrece. Igual que todos los hoteles cercanos al aeropuerto. Se aprovechan de que estás cautivo para dar un servicio mediocre. No las personas que nos atendieron que fueron excelentes sino la oferta del propio hotel

Je déconseille cet hôtel. Cela fait plusieurs mois que j'ai fait une réservation pour 3 personnes (1 adulte et 2 enfants). On arrive à 1h du matin avec 2 heures du retard. L'homme qui travaille à la réception absent pendant 20 minutes. Il me donne une chambre mais le lit des enfants n'est pas prête. Donc il me demande de changer de chambre. Or, c'est pire encore car la chambre est plus petite, le lit des enfants n'est toujours pas faite et la salle de bain a de cheveux de la personne qui a occupé la chambre avant nous. Définitivement, pour le prix que j'ai payé, je ne pense pas que le rapport qualité prix soit dedans. Je ne reviendrai plus jamais

La mejor cama en la que he dormido en mucho tiempo, muy cómodo muy limpio y el baño increíble también, muy sorprendida

It’s a building site - very noisy- checked out early though front desk charged for additional night saying needed to speak to hotels.com for refund….Admittedly it needs work! Multiple lights in bedroom didn’t work, desk light switch taped together dangerously. They should pre notify of work

Tradizionale , camera ampia e letto comodo , buoni gli spazi comuni .

Ruhiges Zimmer, allerdings alles ein bisschen heruntergekommen, erstaunlich gutes Frühstück, für ein Stopover okay, mehr aber nicht

Hotel en reformas. Las habitaciones son amplias y la piscina esta bastante bien.

Hotel en muy buenas condiciones, atendimiento estupendo, personal profesionales,la comida exquisita.

Hotel i nærheden af messe området og tæt på lufthavn. Værelser dårligt og ikke tidssvarende indrettet. Ikke noget bord eller stol så man kan arbejde på værelset. Mangler også strygejern på værelserne. Virker slidt. For dyrt i forhold til standard. Eneste positive er gå afstand til messeområde

The staff were very nice, the bar food was good and the Metro was conveniently nearby. The bed was the most comfortable of the 7 hotels we stayed at. My only concern is in a country that is experiencing drought, the shower/faucet water pressure should be decreased so less water is wasted.

Rooms are very old fashioned and tired and need up dating, Restaurant was closed on both days for functions so no food available during our stay at the hotel! when we got food in from outside the management staff complained to us!!

Hotel braucht dringend Renovierung. Badetür ging nicht zu schließen, da sie aus der Fassung heraushing.

El hotel se ve que es antiguo pero la habitación estaba muy limpia y la cama era muy cómoda. Está al lado del Metro para desplazarte con comodidad por Madrid sin depender del coche. Muy bien comunicado con el aeropuerto y el centro de la ciudad. Además el personal ha sido muy amable. Para repetir en familia.
