The entire process was great. I made a mistake and had to modify the reservation and calling customer service prior to the stay was easy and they were able to change the reservation. During our stay, we needed some extra pillows and they were able to accommodate that. The only issues were related to the fact that the unit was a split level loft apartment. This meant that the air conditioning wasn’t able to cool the loft as well as the lower level. Also, the steps are incredibly narrow and short and would not be suitable for older people or people with balance issues.
