Needs renovating

The natural surrounds are beautiful and the gardens are very well maintained. However, the owners need to invest a lot more money in maintaining and updating all of the buildings throughout the resort. They are looking very run down and tired. The owner also needs to invest money in hiring more staff as they were few and far between. The Alcove outdoor bar/al fresco is advertised as being open from 11am everday but we we waited until 12 and it still wasn't open.

Beautiful place looking forward to our next stay

The staff is friendly and helpful! The breakfast is delicious and is served by the poolside with sunshine and a golf course. The most amazing thing is the greetings from the kagoroos on the hotel's golf course. The restaurant offers live music and wonderful choices of food. The room is clean and spacious. Also, it is close to Perth’s attractions! The hotel is suitable for families and business travelers.

Room was mostly clean the curtains were very dirty but I suppose that’s to be expected over time. The pool was nice but definitely not a heated pool it was freezing. Breakfast was ok but would be nice if they had a few more gluten free options.

The bathroom was mouldy and not cleaned properly the glass was smearing. Place needs to be cleaned properly

Garden view room was ground floor and very spacious. It was well positioned opposite the cafe and close to the parking area yet very quiet.

Many of the furnishings in the room were stained , the bin was full on arrival and 1 of the lamps didn’t work. I had to query the reasoning behind the higher price charged for our second night, which they then refunded the difference.

The resort is beautiful, a peaceful place and very clean. The room was very comfy, and we liked it all. We have to mention the reception's staff. They were very friendly, attentive, and funny. We checked in very late, and the receptionist (the Sudanese guy) was very friendly and funny. During checkout, Timna patiently answered our questions and kept her beautiful smile. We felt very welcomed and will surely come back soon. I highly recommend this place if you want to escape from the city's noise without going far from it.
